I had omelette with mushrooms today too......not been on plan this week though - having one of them weeks!!

Ooh we all have them - mine was the other week. S'only one week aaaand it is Easter ;)
I'm being ultra ultra good so I can hop into the 14's on Tuesday, I must do it this week. 4 lbs is needed which is a fair bit for a loss so fingers are well crossed. Hope you had a lovely good Friday xx

We all do it sweetie, I think it's just life! Wouldn't be human if we didn't have sod it moments. I am being really bloody good. But all the fibre is giving me a bloated tummy so I'm drinking loads of water to combat it which in turn is giving me water belly :D

100% though, will be a winner this week! Xx

Chicken curry - this was incredibly hot! Like super dooper mega burn your mouth out and make you sweat hot. Chillies are good for weight loss right?! 10 in this curry :D
Roast BNS (instead of rice!)
2 x alpen light bars HexB

28g rainbow drops 4 syns

HexA x 2, HexB x 2
Syns 10
Fluids 2 cuppas, 2 litres water (currently, hoping to get to 3 before bed time) managed 3 woo!

As expected I put on 1.5 lbs this week - my worst week since starting SW but am going to be 100% this week and it's my birthday on 15th!

Thank you sweetie and a happy fabulous easter to you too! As for the gain, its only little - its not 1.5 stone just 1.5 lbs and can be off in no time :) Hope you enjoyed yourself whilst doing whatever you did to get the little teeny tiny gain and now you sound determined and more focused which is the way to be. So well done you on drawing a line and getting back on that horse.... so to speak :D

That curry looks good. Love chillis. I have to do a curry in separate portions a kiddy version for the bf and a hot one for me. Lol. X

Glad I'm not the only one that likes hot curries :D luckily OH is a huge fan so I don't have to make say a korma for him - would do my bonce in! Xx

Awful day food wise really. Not because I ate loads, because I ate little.

Lunch
Buffet at mums so had
Salad
Chicken skin removed
Prawns
New potatoes with skin
2 prawns in breadcrumbs
Small piece of garlic bread
2 pop corn chicken
2 bite size cakes

The whole buffet was huge but thought I done well!

So no hexes really and didn't eat much. Hope it doesn't hinder the loss :(

That's good then. It does my head in. He can't even take a little bit of mild chilli power. He has to drink pints and pints of water. Bless him. Lol x

I wasn't hungry until the OH decided to start making curry at like half midnight and then my tummy rumbled majorly. Looked on line at clothes that I want to be able to fit into to distract my attention and then went to be finally at about 2am. Making up for it today mind you ;) xx
 
Back to work today :( but easier for my food planning.....having salmon, salad and JP tonight - yum xx

Work indeed :( I am so tired and haven't done our food shopping yet so had to grab some from tesco on the way in otherwise I wouldn't have anything for today. WI tonight and I actually feel nervous - double :( Ah well, I've done all I can for a loss, couldn't be more 100% if I tried!! Ha ha. Hope work goes quick for you xx
