Ooooooh Eton mess! Nom nom nom! I love a good eton mess and having it with fresh cream is the way to go - not substituting with a bloody vanilla yogurt haha! Was it nice though?

Soup sounds mega awesome with all the different SS, S, F and H foods in it! Just make sure you drink enough (water, not alcohol.... I know what you were thinking ;)) 'cause of the fibre.

Hows everything with the nose now? hope that is all cleared and tippity top. And as for lay in, it NEVER happens!! Had a week off recently if you remember and every day I was up before 7 :( so this really was a rare occasion and I loved just getting up when I wanted. Although I felt like I had a hangover and possibly had over slept. Damn it!
What times WI tomorrow? xxx

Thanks Minx - you know me too well and have partaken of quite a few alcoholic syns this weekend but been super good otherwise.

My nose has recovered lol and apart from the smallest scar where the biopsy was taken it's as good as new! Thankfully after being told it was a type of skin cancer by dermatologist it turned out to be a very rare benign tumour which needs no further treatment. How lucky am I??

I weigh in at home so usually as soon as I wake up into the bathroom I trot. Despite this weekend I am sure I have dropped at least a pound or two. Now fit my Next size 16 jeans :) which considering I live in leggings is a real wow for me. I have so many clothes that don't fit that it's quite exciting knowing that they will eventually and is really great giving away my clothes that are too big.

Don't ask why I am up at this time!!! I still have awful insomnia so will read a bit of my book now until I drop off.

Keep up the brilliant work - love reading your diary xxxxx

Ah glad about the nose and that all is clear now. What a cr@ppy time that was ay?!
And well bloody done for getting into Next 16 Jeans!! Thats amazing! I love the clothes in Next but currently I just buy shoes from there :D Its a great feeling getting into smaller clothes and a huge incentive to carry on becoming a more slinkier version of the already great you.
What book are you reading at the moment? I am a huge book fan and have a kindle as well as a mini library - only got a kindle because we ran out of room for books :( Hope you managed to get some sleep at a decent hour. Must admit I was up pretty late, came over all funny and felt like I was going to throw up, watery mouth and everything. Still not feeling great to be honest but hoping it will pass.

Fingers crossed for weighing in! I so hope you have a good loss xxxx

You're right - every time I put these jeans on I feel soooo thrilled. Not really buying much clothes as hoping to keep losing.
Hope you are feeling ok, hate that watery mouth feeling - like drooling Yak!!
Have just started reading "Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" - sooooo many books - love reading xxxxxx

So far I've only bought 2 pairs of jeans (1 skinny, 1 bootcut) and 2 tops (1 White day top and 1 navy&cream evening going out top). I refuse to pay out too much money on clothes I won't need for very long. Luckily jeans were a bargain of £11.99 in new look and the eve top was on sale for a tenner. White top was a matalan special for all of £8. But all getting bigger now so hoping to be a size or 2 down by June as I'm going clothes shopping then :)

I've not read The Girl.... Books. Although I know I have one in my work drawer and maybe have them all on my kindle? Just finished my first ever Jodi Picoult book and was surprisingly good! Don't really do chick lit but can recommend Salem Falls.
Hope you're having a great Sunday honey xxxx

Hi Minky, I read through your diary this weekend and love that you put photos of your meals up :) it all looks so tasty!
Last night I made a pizza out of a warburtons square wrap and it was lovely, I see that you made one from a weight watchers wrap and I just wondered how that was? (looks really good) think the ww ones are 3 syns less so will save me some syns!

I tend not to spend much on clothes and the next jeans were freebies from my sis!! I hate clothes shopping and usually just buy what fits but am starting to get interested!!

Will let you know what the Girl book is like and my friend gave me loads of chick lit which I do read but like to alternate with crime/horror/thriller books. How do you find time to read kindle - I have so many books and pass them on to friends and family after reading but keep getting more?!!

Well done on your Diary - you are doing really well - is weigh in tomorrow (terrible memory!) - good luck xxxxxx

Hey there Nellylou! Thanks for stopping by taking a look at my foods - who said diets had to be boring right?!
As for the WW wraps you are correct in that they are only 5 syns and that's why I love them. They are substantial enough for a base and curbs my craving for pizza big time. In fact, Saturday I may even make 2 pizza's as I'm out Friday night for drinks and a hangover will need comfort food to cure :D
What's your fav foodie thing? I love finding out new ideas so all help welcome. And if you need anything just shout xx

I tend to read the kindle on my lunch break at work or if I have a Friday night/Saturday morning / Sunday free then I could read alllll the time!

WI is this evening, 7pm - although they are changing it to 7:30 next week :( damn them. I like it at 7 because it means I can et home and eat at normal time and not die of starvation.... Maybe a slight over exaggeration :D I'm not too bothered by what loss I get just as long as I see a 14! Which will be 2lbs. No way I can't have got that right?!

Am out for drinks Friday night so am trying to lower my syns throughout the week although to be fair, I don't think it really matters! Xxxx
