I know it sounds strange but I have been putting together a healthy recipie book for once I have reached my goal and completed maintenance steps. Thought this would be a good idea so I dont return to my old eating habits. Strange I know but it keeps me occupied

That sounds like a good idea actually I have just done mine in a folder but a tablet prob would be a better option. Quick question what is your rep power on the left?That is actually very good forward planning. I have some cookbooks and have been looking at others -- but I am seriously considering a tablet to store and access my recipes, videos, etc. for future meals.

People can kind of rate you for being helpful and stuff like that, so the higher the number the more likely the person is to be kind and helpful thats my opinion anyhow
once I stopped thinking of eating and eating all time, i woke up earlier to do some exercise, i cleaned the house everyday, i cook healthy meal for me everyday, i read a lot, i do a lot of things with family
