Morning Mia :) fish & chips story made me chuckle lol come on all that food isn't worth thinking about :)

Just reading through your diary and you're really inspiring to have been 100% with nothing else at all :) Keep it up it will be so worth it xx
 
Thanks girls, yeah I'm feeling really positive about this diet at the moment. I just don't want to cheat. Although hands up I must admit that last night I had an extra Slim n Save bar. Its only 134 cals and still a VLCD products so not gonna class it as a cheat, just like having 4 packs really. I just wanted to chew.

Not gonna go to the gym swimming today. I remembered the kids are allowed in the water at weekends and I don't pay £38 a month to be splashed in the face by kids jumping in the water when I am trying to have a serious swim :) (miserable git that I am !!).

Shanny - New York!! Wow, you will have to stick in and lose as much as you can before then coz the portions there are hugh. You'll want to eat when you're there so stick in now!!

Gonna glug loads of water this next few days to see if I have a bigger loss this week. Only managed 1.5lb last week which I was a bit disappointed in. So, probs be back on later with my progress of the day. Have a good day ya' all :D
 
Was undecided about the gym today coz of the cold weather but eventually decided to go. Swam personal best - 136 lengths = 1.5 miles :D Took me 1hr 25 mins to do it non stop but I DID IT yayyyyyyyyy to me !!!!!

Had an ok day again today. Still 100% but haven't been to the gym tonight. Did my swimming Friday and Sunday so going to rest tonight and do aqua and swim tomorrow and zumba on Wednesday and Thursday nights. I am soooooo hoping I have a better loss this week. It's ok everyone saying, "hey, its still coming off" but when you are exercising like a training olympic athlete on 600 calories a day and you lose 1.5lb, it is disheartening. I am hoping for 4lb but this I may be being a bit optimistic :)

That's understandable maybe measuring would give you a better idea of how far you're coming along?
 
Thanks DustQueen. I know, but I never measure, only when I was on CD and the CDC used to do it for me. Can never get the tape measure in the same place 2 weeks running lol, so just don't bother. I went to the hospital yesterday and knew I was going to be weighed so had a sneaky weigh at home before I went. Both scales were exactly the same, showing a 2lb loss this week. I have got until Thursday morning for my official WI so with swim and aqua tonight and zumba tomorrow I have my fingers crossed for at least another pound :(
 
Good luck, I'm sure it'll all come good in the end. I exercise every day as well and keep hoping it'll help the scales move, but if not at least we're toning up along the way. How do you find the zumba it seems to be the new craze?
 
Hi loveinthesummer, I love Zumba, really enjoy it and a brill workout. I do it 2-3 times a week. I am a member of the gym but hate gym work and due to a medical problem can't do any weights, stomach exercises, rowing, running, cross trainer etc. All I can do is walk on the treatmill and use the bike which I hate. So, I find doing the Zumba classes, aqua and swimming suits me fine. I don't like Aqua Zumba though, don't feel as if I've done anything to be honest so waste of time for me.

Today has been hard for me. I have been hungry, not head hungry but real hunger. I wanted to eat soooooo much, to taste food, to chew etc. I went to Greggs with one of the guys from work at lunch time and planned in my head everything I wanted hahahahahaha. Not good choices I may add lol. Anyway, had my second shake and looking forward to watching Geordie Shore with my Tesco bar :D
 
Hey Mia at least you didn't get anything from Greggs! I probably would have caved lol! I also love zumba but don't like going alone so never go anymore :( x
 
Hahah Chazsucks, I prefer exercising alone, especially swimming. My sister comes to most of the classes with me, but if she's not around or whatever I still go on my own. I feel I work harder on my own.

Had another hard day today. I just want to eat. I didn't go to the gym tonight and wish I had. My WI tomorrow morning and dreading it, coz if I haven't lost AT LEAST 3lb, I'll be gutted. Why are my losses so crap :( :(

Well done on your self control at Gregs ;) especially if you're feeling hungry, that must of been hard.

I lost 3lb which I am pleased with :)

Yeah, it could be better and it does **** me off sometimes when I see such good losses on this forum, but that's the way my body is. There's nothing more I can do to lose weight so have to just stick it out.
 
Well done Mia that's s fab loss chick just remember all that exercise ur doing is also toning u up so it's win win babes , some lose loads some slow but main thing is it's all in the right direction x x

I have been making shepherds pie tonight and I ate some of the mince and onion :cry::cry:. I could cry for real. Not only that, but I ate a big wedge of the cheese I got for grating on the top. OMG!!!!!

I believe (for myself) that as soon as I put anything in my mouth - that's THE END. If I cheat once, that's it. OMG what have I done :cry::cry:

I regret it big style but I have wanted to eat for days. If I put things into perpective I could have had worse things. I am making Lemon Cheesecake and Caramel Shortbread tomorrow so have cream, biscuits, chocolate etc in the house.

"Right Miriam, get ya' act together. It's your birthday in 3 weeks and you've got a few nights out planned (incl meal on 3rd March). Do you want to have a nice dress on? Do you want your mates to notice you weight loss? YESSSS. So stop eating now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Mia hunny hugs ur right it cud have been worse hun that's not that bad at all don't be too hard on urself :)

Hi precious - noooooo they aren't days off. 18th Feb out day and night but taking shakes etc and drinking water. 24th Feb my birthday and girls night out, MAY have a couple of drinks. 3rd March meal out - fish and salad. 10th March another group of girls night out for my birthday, not drinking. So, still gonna try my hardest.

Thanks for trying to make me feel better though. To be honest it has done me good I think. It has supressed my hunger and I'm not hungry at all and I only had a little bit. That's my cheat done until I next eat on 3rd March :)
 
Oooohh I thought wrong lol oops. But still it's something to look forward to right? And u wanna look gorgeous keep that thought and u will do just fine babes :) x x
