Did my swimming Friday and Sunday so going to rest tonight and do aqua and swim tomorrow and zumba on Wednesday and Thursday nights. I am soooooo hoping I have a better loss this week. It's ok everyone saying, "hey, its still coming off" but when you are exercising like a training olympic athlete on 600 calories a day and you lose 1.5lb, it is disheartening.
