Yeah I know, but I don't think I do a lot to be honest. I do zumba (45 mins) Monday, swim before aqua class on a Tuesday (45 mins), zumba Wednesday (45 mins) and a swim a some point in between. I don't always stick to the same routine but if you add all that up it only comes to 2.25 hours a week. Sometimes do zumba on Thursday but not always. I would never ever tell you to shut up Shanny, all opinions are welcome in my book
but they recommend 20 mins a day anyway, 45 x3 times a week shouldn't be too much. What do you think?
