Hiya Mia that's a fab loss well done lovely even though u say ur losses are slower the will power u have is totally amazing so a massive well done babes :)

How much have u got left to loose now sorry hunny I'm on my phone so can't see stats, if it's not much more couple of options 1 maybe add meals WS 2 join a slimming class and loose the last bit that way or just ts and relax the excersise ??

Hope u feel better soon just remember u have worked hard to get to where u are hunny don't be to hard on yourself - maybe treat ur self to a low carb meal at the weekend with some sparkling water :) hugs x x

Slimsarah, thanks for popping in. Wow 8lb gain, I see where you are coming from, I would be gutted but at least you are getting back on track which is a good thing. That's what I do - as soon as I have eaten something which is usually planned anyway - back on track next day or it makes it 100 times worse. I do treat myself to a Coke Zero or Dr. Pepper Zero on a night time, usually with a Tesco bar but I have stopped eating them as I felt it was slowing my loss down. So now I don't even have that to look forward to :( You have lost 6.5 stone, that is amazing, well done.

Percious, I have 9lb to lose til I get to goal. I don't want to start introducing food just yet, not while I am "in the zone", the longer I can stay SS the better. Also, before I start going to WW or SW I want to actually be below goal by half a stone if I can, that way, when I start eating (even diet food) I will put weight on in the form of water etc. then by my reconing I will even out. That's the plan anyway lol. I might have a cottage cheese salad at some point, we'll see how I feel coz I dont actually WANT to cheat, but feel so crap at the moment.

Thanks gigglepants. Thanks also for your faith in my but going by my losses it will take me 2 weeks to lose 2.25lb. Such a slooooww loser :(

I have dramatically reduced my exercise this past 2 weeks or so but I am planning on introducing a bit more this week. Maybe that will help. You've had a good two weeks - keep it up x

Hi Shanny, no, I think it's coz I had a good Easter weekend (food wise) and had a good feed. Maybe boosted my metabolism coz I put 1/2lb on last week.
 
Well day 100 for me today. I haven't been 100% TS and had a few blips on the way, but still a bit proud of myself that I have managed 100 days.

I 'celebrated' by cheating and I feel like crying. I had a good loss, by my standards, yesterday which motivated me to be good this week. I haven't been feeling too well, hungry, headaches etc. and tonight I have eaten a whole tin of Pek Chopped Port and a Bounty Bar :( Why????????????

I'm still hungry.What do I do? Do I still have my shake(s) or becasue I have cheated do I just do without until tomorrow coz I've had enough calories already?

if you keep getting headaches maybe up your plan high protein meal with green veg ?
So when you eat did the headache go ?
What did you do in the end have your shake ?
for me i'd not have the shake and just say tomorrow is another day

Hi Jackie, I am fine thanks. My headache has gone but had a terrible nights sleep last night after eating all that Pek lol. That'll teach me a lesson.

So, I may not have been losing all that much weight lately, but boy have I lost inches :eek: :D. I have been trying my smaller size holiday clothes on and they are all too big. OMG I dont know whether to laugh or cry considering I have another 18 week til my holidays. My stomach needs toned up desperately though so gonna have to see a trainer at the gym coz of my health problems and not being able to exercise my stomach muscles and pelvic floor too much.

Don't really want to start introducing food into my diet until I am at goal to be honest. Have been fine today so fingers crossed Thursdays WI gives me a suprise.

Been to the gym and rather than swim I did 20 mins on the cross trainer and a 20 min run :D

So your clothes are all big , how many inches have you lost would you know ?
Blimey thats great !!!! yes its confusing as you don't want to gain to fit into them .... this one is tricky as maybe add your meal , hight protein low crab ?

for me i can't even think Diets .... i was going to do the dukan diet , i utube it yesterday ... and i came back with the feeling i don't think its for me , its high protein low carb attack stage you lose weight fast ... but i think i'd be better on vlcd , of cambridge .
yes at the gym they will give you a programe on a work out its been a while since i was there i'd love to go to odyssey with my 2 sisters but its too much Adam my son goes David Llyod may go there see how much it is as his will go up soon as he is 18 may ....

Hi Jackie, I pay £33 per month for my gym, its a DW Sports gym which they have all over the country. I was a member of another branch then they opened a one nearer me and coz I am a founder member I get it cheaper :) Its usually about £38. David Lloyd is about £75 a month I'm sure.

You need to decide what diet to do Jackie then just stick with it. Chase CD again and see what they say.

Yes, the clothes are too big to wear but no way am I going to maintain my weight now just to fit into clothes, they are big and cant be worn so I may as well lose more weight, either way the clothes are not good. I will have to buy all new stuff but I have got some small stuff somewhere I think. After getting to goal I would like to lose another 10-12lb after than so the clothes will be massive then. I can get a training programme anywhere, in fact I know what I need to do, but I have medical problems and cant do some exercises so need professional advice.

So SS for me until goal and then I'll see how it goes. Hope you have a good week :)
 
Way to go miriam .... keep going and let the clothes get more baggy .... :) just rang the doctor , have to phone again at 12:30 to speak with her . As yes thinking after i walked to the school my hip was in a bad way , I thought what am i doing to myself .... so got home and thought can't put this off no longer my knees hurt like hell ....
wow 75 for David Llyod that would be too much ... DW sports will look that up . after some weight comes off then i'll sort out a gym .

Hello girls, I lost 2lb this morning taking me to 11st exactly. Was hoping to get into the 10's but cant complain.

However ...................... since weight in I have cheated massively :(. It's been my best work mates birthday today and I have had ... wait for it ....

2 slices of birthday cake
2 roses sweets
1 x small triangle thingy party cheese savory sandwich
1 x party sausage roll
1/2 x party pork pie

OMG WHY DO I DO IT? AM I A NUMPTY? AM I STUPID? ..............Err yes!!!!!

The thing is, I am needing a meal now so bought some king prawns and some stir fry. Prawns = 126 cals, stir fry = 100 cals. Do I eat the prawn stir fry tonight and get all my cheats out of the way on one day, or do i keep it until tomorrow when I am really hungry but cheat for 2 days? Any ideas pls, coz I am panicing a bit lol
 
Oh Mia! I personally would have the prawn stir fry today, then consider tomorrow as day 1 of your 100% TS week!

Don't beat yourself up, the reason we're all here on this site is because our willpower sucks! :D :hug99: xx
 
Hey Mia firstly WELL DONE on the loss that's fabulous considering your nearly there :)

As for the cheat wen I just read it I was like WOOOOAAHHH IS THAT IT lol.... Seriously that's nothing (well nothing as close as mine) personally I would have the stir fry today but that sounds healthy so that's a very good choice and absolute no worries or guilt... On the other hand if ur gonna start having a meal then enjoy it tomm - either way it's a healthy meal... Dont be too hard on yourself - just look how far you have come my lovely :)

Thanks for the replies girlies. Well, I have decided. I am not hungry now, not hungry enough to enjoy a meal. Soooooo, this is the idea and not everyone will agree but I am doing it anyway lol.

I have had no shakes today, only the party food - lets say 800 cals in all. I am not going to have anything else today unless I am hungry just before bed and I will have a slim 'n save shake as they are lower cals.

Tomorrow I will have a shake for lunch and my prawn stir fry tomorrow night. No more shakes tomorrow coz I am not hungry after the stir fry. That way I am full, but also minimising calories.

Like I say maybe some won't agree and say "but you're not having all your vits and minerals blah blah" but to be honest, I don't think 2 days will make that much difference in 106 days, do you?

So, that's the plan. Precious, it's loads!!!!! Didn't feel loads when I was eating it, but when I added the cals up I nearly died hahaha. The thing is, I didn't even sit down and eat it with the others, I just kept going back to pinch it hahaha. I thnk it tastes better when I pinch it as I feel naughty lol :D
