Thanks, girls! It's been hard, especially the last 24 hours, infact I caved when I got home tonight and had 2 freddo bars, but they were tastiest bits of chocolate I've ever had! lol I went for a 3 mile walk afterwards and stuck to chicken for dinner so hopefully I haven't done too much damage. Am going to stick it out til Sunday then get back to healthy eating with salad, fruit and veg etc, but I'm glad I've done it this week because it's given me the boost I need and I tried on my maxi dress earlier and it looks and feels much better so I'm happy. Think I'm going to try and stick to at least 2 days of pure protein days from next week to help me shift some more pounds, but expect it to be a lot slower than is has been. It's definitely worth doing if you want a quick loss for a special occassion or holiday! xxxx
