End of day 5 and I made it
Wow so different from yesterday thank goodness. I couldn't have don't another day like that!
Thing is, on the whole I feel so much better doing this diet.
My bloating and IBS symptoms go. I don't fall asleep watching TV at 7pm. I can actually be bothered to do things other than just wanting to do nothing and I feel tired getting up in the morning but at the end of the week which is understandable as opposed to every single day!
I think I am allergic to food! Haha
I know this is very early days and I could fall off the wagon tomorrow but I am going away for a course in 2 weeks time. I was going to delay restarting the diet until after then as I don't want to resist the hotel food, but things were spiralling so I decided needs must and I started now. 3 weeks can make a huge difference in non diet terms.
My problem is, if I manage to stick to this for the 3 weeks then come off, I am worried I won't be able to get back into it again. Or worse, have to go through a day like yesterday!
If I am doing well then I know I could actually very easily stick to the diet whilst at the hotel but I really don't want to. I want to make the most of it.
Well I guess I will just have to use this as a test. I have never been good at stopping and starting the diet but I suppose now is a good time to learn. I have seen people do so well doing it this way too. My problem is I fall off and don't get back on where as other people have a night off and get back on it. Then have an occasion so have a weekend off then get back on it and their weight goes down quite nicely.
I really need to learn how to do that.
Oh god, sorry for the ramblings. It's all going on in my head and spewing out onto here!
