Mornin' missp... just caught up on your diary. You're doing soooo well with all that food around. 2lbs is a good loss whichever way you look at it! I get that in 10 days sometimes never mind a week Hope you're feeling a bit better today....... and just think... it's nearly FRIDAY again

Dress sounds more feminine and will b more flatterin than trousers Is it a-line??? Straps? Round neck or v?? Details please what colour cardi??? Nice brooch wud bling dress up... Fab ones in Debenhems dat r half price!! U probably have pretty jewellery dat wud also look fab!!!
Luv d sound of Ur Gok pants.... Oh I luv him.... Wud luv him 2 make me over but Wudnt have d nerve 2 model naked on a catwalk like he gets women 2 do on his tv show! What shop can u buy his designs in??

Aw thank you I don't do hats lol I've got some cream shoes with black trim & have spotted a cream bag I like in Primark lol! Bag has to be a big mummy bag as taking Ryan/nappies/toys... Bought some lovely little accessories today & some red nail varnish (which will be covered with black crackle nail varnish-my favourite way of doing them at the moment!!)

Suppose I should get some confetti too lol! They've asked for money, which I'm not a massive fan of doing but to be honest I can't think of anything to get them! So at least money is easy

Hair up! Probably in a bun type creation... Nails are so much fun!! I use either barry m or collection 2000 & they both do a crackle polish that you paint over top - its magnetic in some way, basically when you put it on still tacky nail varnish it crackles into different shapes! I love it I've always looked silly with vibrant nail colours but it just seems to tone it down a bit

I must confess I've dabbled on the "other side" today.... I ordered a sample pack of slim and save!! I had a caramel shake, a lemon bar, some olives & 1 pack left. Not thinking of leaving exante just though I'd chuck in a day of variety every now & then!! Especially as with the sample pack it's virtually the same price! Much more grainy than exante & sweeter but ok for a change!

Oooh I measured myself (with the free tape measure s&s sent lol!) lost 4 inches on my waist, 7.5 inches on my hips!! & 3.5 inches on each thigh! Feeling pretty chuffed with that!! & tonight I've got some 3/4 length pj's on that I haven't worn for ages

Hope everyone is well & not too stifled by the muggy British heat!!

Hopin 2 drop a stone while I'm away Probably do WS most days as luv 2 buy a cooked chicken or have d occasional cooked bfast!!!
Very humid er!!! Wish sun wud just come out!!!
I'm thankful my part of d country escaped d terrential rain and floods dat d south and east got!!

Just saw the rain on the news, glad you've escaped it! Its stifling here, we've got all the windows open and the ceiling fan on! So glad its Friday tomorrow, worked 9-8 today then tomorrow is normal 9-5.30 and saturday 9-1... and then a whole 1.5 days off before a new month begins and it starts all over again!!! wouldn't mind a lottery win this week, it really would be perfect timing!!!

hi i start tomorrow so am reading all your posts about the first few days, my worry is drinking water, i dont have three litres a week so that will be mega hard for me, here is spain its called cambridge 800, two shakes and soup for tea for three weeks then add 200 calorie meal. well done everyone on here

Haha thanks, I love the ring too (I could say its worth £1000's but I actually bought it at a little craft fair for £1 lol!!!)

I'm a bit addicted to the crackle nail polish, the white one looks a bit like tippex sometimes though lol!

Come on 5.30 I'm so incredibly bored at work today!!!! x

Just got home from the wedding so thought I'd pop on here quickly the day was lovely, weather was perfect & good time was had by all! The registrar was the chap who registered Ryan's birth too, nearly 3 years ago to the day!! Was glad I wore my dress in the end, definitely got work to do - I want this dress to be like a tent on me by the time I've finished exante

Food wise I had the starter which was prawn cocktail-ate the prawns with as little sauce as possible & 2 bits of cucumber. Then main was broccoli cauliflower & courgette with salmon-smothered in sauce but I scraped it off. Picked a couple of strawberries off the cheesecake & that was it the buffet later wasn't very carb friendly at all but I picked the cold meat out of about 6 rolls lol & had about 6 prawns in filo, except they weren't in filo cos I picked it off! Had my bar then too. So all in all quite impressed with my food intake today!!

The crackle nail varnish I use is either collection 2000 or Barry m. I prefer the collection 2000 one though!
