Coffee looks great. Where did you find them?
 
I love the flavoured coffees. Have got the vanilla and caramel ones from Dowe Egberts, but not seen these. Were there any other flavours?

B: 2 weetabix, milk & strawbs. Skinny cappuccino (HEa x2 & HEb)

L: ham salad, muller light.

T: 2 large flat mushrooms, pastrami & 2 'fried' eggs. Was proper yum.
 
Okay, I wrote some huge post earlier but it's gone so am going to post the same thing but smaller as I'm too lazy to redo it :(

Sorry my posts have been pants on here lately, am so tired, it sounds lame but all I seem to do is work, am just fed up tonight and feel like a rantyrant. I haven't been finishing work until gone 7 which sucks as I get home late and it takes me ages to get tired, the past few nights I've been awake at 2am, waking up at 6am to get ready for work. I end up doing everyone else's work because maybe I'm too nice and don't say no! Everyone comes to me to ask for stuff or ask where it is, and I'm flattered that people like to ask me and they feel I'm knowledgable but sometimes I just want to shout ASK SOMEONE ELSEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Haha. So yes, sorry.

Foodage for today was red, have eaten all my food at such random times today due to horrible busyness at work.

Before work: skinny coffee (HEa)

Breakfast I had at 12 - 2 weetabix & 200mls SS milk (HEa & HEb)

Lunch - Ham and salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato & peppers).

Tea - Chicken breast, mini babybel light (2.5syns), tomato, roasted courgettes & some strawberries that were about to turn moudly.

Rest of my second HEa - 50mls milk in a coffee.

I do like a red day I must say, really enjoying them. I need a green day along the line but I'm trying to use up all my freezer bits and bobs :) got so much stuff in there that needs using up!

I was going to weigh myself this morning as I haven't done it since Saturday although am scared haha, just want to see those 12's again!
 
Today's food : red.

L: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers. Mullerlight.

S: skinny latte (hea)

T: 4 ryvita (heb), low fat cottage cheese, tomatoes, 0% yoghurt mixed into butterscotch options (2 syns)

Yes, butterscotch options. Yum

Weighed myself today & much to my surprise scales showed 13.1. Whoop I can smell those 12's. weirdly though I don't feel anywhere close to them. I feel really fat and bloated and I try clothes on and nothing feels like it fits right yet 6 weeks ago when I was at this weight I felt really good. Us ladies really are weird aren't we!

It's my day off today, one more day at work then I'm off to Hannover for the weekend! Got an early 730 flight on Saturday! Well looking forwards to it. Got loads of sight seeing planned and a Robbie Williams concert on the Saturday night.

I think today will be a green day as I went shopping last night and really fancied a jacket potato. So..

B: 2 weetabix, 200mls SS milk, banana. (HEb and some of my HEa).

L: Couscous with toasted courgettes & tomatoes.

S: grapes.

T: Jacket spud with 1 syn flora extra light & HEa baby bel light with salad. Had the baby bel in the potato and feta as my second heb :) 75g of the reduced fat kind. Nomnomnomnom.

Spending the day relaxing. Might get up now and clean my room, have washing on the go and then once it's done have a DVD marathon :)

wow, well done on the scales xx I measured my inches recently and despite my weight going down, I had gained an inch everywhere. I think the weather and extra water intake is making us all feel a bit bloated. Plus is it coming up to the time of the month?

No it's not, it's very strange! I agree about the water intake :)

I've edited my post above with today's food! Yum. Double cheese dinner.

I LOVE cheese! The SW portions are too measly for me. Really miss a wedge of Stilton!
 
I must go and get some low fat feta and cheese for me. I only have the full fat version in the house for the kids

12.13! I can't believe it after double cheese last night.

Intact I really don't believe it. They fluctuated between 13.0 and 12.13 and then stuck at 12.13 so I hope my scales aren't playing silly *******. I got on before a shower, then after a shower and then after I brushed my teeth! Each time it said 12.13. The thing is I look in the mirror and don't feel in the 12's. I feel humongous. Everyone at work says I've lost more but I can't see it! My stomach looks massive. I should be really happy but I dunno it feels like its not right?
My flight to Hanover is at silly o'clock tomorrow so I was going to WI today as I'm leaving the house at 4am but this has made me want to reweigh tomorrow morning now to see if it is really true! Eek.

Today is a red day!

L- 4 ryvita, 4 el laughing cow, ham, tomatoes, yoghurt. (hea & heb).

T- scrambled egg, tinned tomatoes & mushrooms.

Woo hoo to the 12's :) well done... I know exactly what you mean about not feeling any different.. I know I look different but I still feel mahooooosive!!
