Oh yes, for sure. Much nicer seeing the 13's not the 14's but will be even better when I see the 12's again & lovely when I can put my size 16 jeans on. Gotta slim down for my brothers wedding as I want to look nice :D

Okay food for today. Green day:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEb) with 200mls chocolate milk (HEa). 0.5 syns of milk in a coffee.

Lunch: lettuce, cucumber, peppers, grapes, 95g light mozzarella (HEa + 1/2 HEb), 14 olives (2 syns), squirt of 70% less fat salad cream (0.5 syns). Mullerlight & banana.

Tea: I really fancy chips/wedges so having some SW style chips, 3 quorn sausages (the 0 syn ones) and some roasted courgettes, I bought some asparagus too so might cook some of that too. I take it you can't roast asparagus?

Snack: hot choc (2 syns).

Total syns is 5. I did my shopping today and I bought some highlight fudge/caramel hot choc so may just treat myself to one of them later :D

I really enjoyed my lunch in the garden :) sat outside reading through old copies of SW mag for ideas.

I just realised I also have a HEb left for today, really don't fancy alpen lights again which is the only thing I have in. Gonna go through my books and see if something else takes my fancy!

Ooh on reading my books I see I can have my reduced fat mozzarella as a HEb sooooo instead of having the 3 syns of extra cheese ill just HEb that instead :) yay. Less syns now :)

Also check out this picture of me & my best friend! The left is 2009 and the right was taken 3 weeks ago. She's lost 5 stone, not following any plan but by healthy eating. I'm muchly proud of her :)

I'm also weighing in on Friday this week as I'm away Sat/Sun visiting the rents and picking up my car and I'm not lugging my scales there again. This week is fake weight anyways so...

WI - 13.4.
Am pleased with that as its gone down from 14.3 to 13.4. Think this is probably the real weight so time to get it shifted back to 12.10 and lower.

Today is a day of redness.

From work I am catching a train to seaford for the weekend so my plan is to buy a side salad & salmon from m&s to eat on the train. I've got 2 alpen lights for the 2nd HEb so think I'm sorted :)

Snack- skinny cappuccino so HEa +2.5 syns :)

At my parents having the best time. Been sunning myself all morning/afternoon and at 6pm heading down the beach for a BBQ :)

EE day today:

B- HEb porridge, HEa milk, cinnamon & strawbs.

L- lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery, lean ham, potatoes, couscous. 1 syn el mayo & pickle. Fruit salad for pudding.

T- 1 homemade burger, whole meal roll (not sure of syns but 5/6?) and a quorn sausage!

I love sunny days. Been messing around with my nephew in the garden and with some water balloons.

Oh and I bought some gorgeous heels for my brothers wedding :D

Ahh your nephew is so cute.... What is it about kids and water?! Lol.... Although my dad was just as bad yesterday... I went to pick mum up to go out and he sprayed the car with the hose pipe, good job I had the window shut! Lol... Then he pretended he was gonna get mum with it as she was walking past him... Big kid lol.

Sunday:
Fruit salad for breakfast.
Grilled chicken, salad, potato for lunch.

Then.....
Mr Whippy, 2 white rolls, pot of reduced fat hummus & olives, KFC milkshake. I was doing so well too!

Today:
2 weetabix, 200mls milk, banana.
Ham salad. Muller light.

Then...
3 rocky road bites, 2 scotch eggs, m&s sandwich.

Whywhywhy? I do so well then 6pm and bam. Willpower please come back!? The wedding is in exactly 8 weeks so I MUST sort myself out tomorrow. No more excuses or eating ****, I will get back on it. Idiot.
 
Right, just booked a holiday with my bf & 2 best friends to Portugal in October. Am super excited :) it's exactly 81 days away so that's enough time to get into the 11's right?

Lets do this!

Hey sweets,

Don't beat yourself up - we all go through wobbles. I certainly did during the first 5 weeks at my new job. I'd be super good on Monday but by Wednesday, I was in the café drinking a chai latte (not skinny!), eating a panini and taking a KitKat chunky back to my desk!

You'll get back on it when you're good and ready - one morning your mind will just slot back into the right place.

Holiday is excellent motivation! How exciting! I can't wait to get something booked for some proper chillout time.
