Yes, that is my attitude today :) totally going to do it.

Too right it is!! What date you flying out? Where you booked in? I know you're off to portugal, how exciting!

I'm flying out on the 5th October & staying for 5 nights. We are booked into Eden Resort and its £300 all inclusive including transfers & luggage. Went there last year and loved it :)

Don't beat yourself up - we all go through wobbles. I certainly did during the first 5 weeks at my new job. I'd be super good on Monday but by Wednesday, I was in the café drinking a chai latte (not skinny!), eating a panini and taking a KitKat chunky back to my desk!

You'll get back on it when you're good and ready - one morning your mind will just slot back into the right place.

Holiday is excellent motivation! How exciting! I can't wait to get something booked for some proper chillout time.

We are going to Albuferia! It's going to be good, 4 of us going so mucho drunken nights to be had! I literally can't wait, am already on holiday countdown. xxx
 
I think Minks might be onto something with the text thing - I can't always get on mins, but I can always send a text. You guys might randomly start getting messages when temptation strikes!

Food for today - greeeeeen day.

B - 2 weetabix (HEb), 200mls milk (HEa), banana.
L- Egg & potato salad from Sainsburys with no dressing, low fat cottage cheese. Mullerlight.
T- mushroom stir fry & dried cooked egg noodles. 'twas so yummy.
S- alpen light x2 (HEb) & 0.5syn milk for coffee. Oh my just tried the chocolate dowgue Egbert! Amaze!

First day 100% whoop.

L: salad & lean ham, muller light & an orange.

T: low fat cottage cheese & chicken.

S: 2 pints beer after work. I'm really unsure of syns but no syns yesterday/today.....
 
Just got home from a whole day at X Factor watching the auditions. It was scorchio up there and I have a lovely tan :) such a nice day.
Food was a red day:

B- 2 weetabix, 250mls semi skimmed milk & grapes (HEa & HEb).

L- egg & potato (HEb) salad with cottage cheese. Mullerlight & raspberries.

T- chicken (the pre cooked packet one from tesco), 5 crab sticks.

Friends went to TGI's for dinner, I had a bottomless coke and drank about 5 diet cokes to stop myself from eating a massive burger! Go me :)

Not a bad day at all, totally on plan & no syns. Whoop.

Omelette with ham, spring onion & mushrooms. 3 babybel light <3 and tomato. 1/2 syn salad cream. Yummers.

WI tomorrow! Dreading it because of my bad beginnings. Oh well it has to be done xx

Got a nice day planned today. Going to Painshill Park with the boy to have a walk round and a SW friendly picnic then onto somewhere to pick our own veg that I shall use for dinner.

Not exactly sure what food I'm going to have but breakfast I really fancy some mushrooms with garlic on toast. I have some eggs so will probably have some scrambled eggs too that way I'm only using HEb and I can decide later what I want to do in terms of which plan I'm following!

Today has been lovely!

Went to Painshill Park in Surrey with Martin. We walked 3 miles according to MMW. It was gorgeous. We went into an underground crystal grotto :)

Enjoyed lunch there. I had a tuna salad & bottle of water.
On the way home we stopped at costa and I had a skinny cappuccino (HEa).

When we got home we made some burgers with EL mince and had a BBQ. My dinner consisted of 2 burgers, bit of lean steak, 2 buns (HEb & 6 syns), 3 light babybel (HEa), 2 syns mayo and 8 cherry tomatoes.

That makes 9.5 syns (excluding syns for alcohol that I never count) and 2 HEa & 2 HEb. Sorted.

Food today is EE :)

B- 2 weetabix, milk & strawberries.

L- fruit in the cinema & 5 syns of popcorn. sainsburys have their own brand of popcorn and they come in little bags, each bag is 52 calories so 2 bags = popcorn fix. Yum.

T- extra lean pork made into meatballs with homemade tomato sauce packed with mushrooms & peppers, and couscous! Looking forwards to making that.

S- costa skinny cappuccino : 5 syns.

10 syns for the day. Sorted.

I also found these whilst I was shopping for all you coffee lovers out there! Amaretto coffee, yes.
