Oh i know - im feeling reasonably focussed cant say im the most determined i have ever been :( but i really need to !!!

Fed up of the 15s ugh!!!

But im sure i can loose next week if i just try hard enough!!

Putting in the exercise one keeps me focussed and on top of my food and two burns more calories lol

if your feeling a little blocked hun thats not going to help!!! but well done on the sts,... considering you were expecting a 2lbs gain!!!

remember have all your b choice, and that will help you go to the loo to because b choice is fibre.... have more ss foods (super speed fruits and veg...)

have you thought about taking something like green tea tablets (or the tea form) i swear by them, and think they work for me, but everyone is different as you know..

Yeah I'm def gonna try to increase my fibre! I think your right it will prob help!!! Bc actually looking back I've not had a complete b choice all week!!! :s

The green tea tablets - what do they do & where would I get them?! Can't drink actual green tea makes me feel I'll yuck lol!!

Looking forward to a better week this week! Able to exercise and plan a bit better!!! But you just never know!!!

Ugh feeling slightly down this week! The last month has been tough! I mean I've had more gains/sts in the last 4 weeks than I have since xmas (which was none!!) I need to get back on it and properly! Xx

Been out for lunch declined pasta bc they add oil had a salad dressing on the side and grilled chicken!! Did have potato skins (234cal) and shared a chocolate brownie dessert which I don't know the syns just yet but wasn't very much mini brownie anyway!!

Oh well onwards and upwards! Xx
 
Sounds like a nice lunch hun...especially the brownie! I like them warm and gooey out the oven..yum!
 
It was literally a bit size piece but straight outta the oven yum!! But now I've had a fair few calories!! Another salad for dinner lol xx
 
I've been having a lot of salad lately, i have mine with extra light mayo, lots of salt and beetroot, doesn't taste so much like rabbit food then lol! Not sure what I'm having, veg and rice again I suppose..
 
I had another salad with chicken and bacon, and some couscous, followed by mango and pineapple - but my tummys hurting im wondering if the chocolate brownie is the cause!

But still concerned with the lack of toilet action so to speak - i think its working funny shifts bc i know i wont end up going tomorrow as im working all day think the thought of going in a public toilet stops me lol!!!

But i need something feeling very uncomfortable now!!!

Tried to find those tabs kes - but no luck - i looked in the diet section and the vits - what colours are the bottles - im wondering if i overlooked them or the fact it was only a little boots that they didnt have them ill have a proper look in town when im next in!!!

But really feeling down today - just getting frustrate with weight loss, and ending up eating out so much!! wish eating wasnt such a social thing!!! :(

Never mind - but looking at the info didn't give me much insight - is it to do with water balance - bowels or both?!

Or Just general well being! I keep forgetting my vits I really must try!! X

it helps your digestive system... thats about the best way i can describe it.... :)

Definately not! Real food that's me. The only thing I have is a herbalife protein shake for breakfast as I don't like to eat first thing and it makes me full without needing food and my 2 eldest kids have them too. but other than that give me food! :)
 
The green tea has natural antioxidants which keep you tip top, and it helps your tummy, won't do anything for bowels though hun, why don't you try some senna? that helps :)
 
I find that they do make me go... (tmi) as I said everyone is different...
