Tfr = total food replacement it Cambridge or lighter life etc

Hmmm I dunno I've been cc which kick started it again but it's stopped again i jut think my body is done now! X

Aaaaah that's quite drastic and expensive.. You could always try replacing just one meal? I think someone on else does that on here... Have you got a script for orlistat? x

Ahh had wondered what u had been up too.. Now I know, your thinking and ultra analysing stuff..

Now I know u track on mfp.. But as I can't see I can't comment on what your eating :)

But I do know your running your butt off in those snazzy pink go faster trainers (couldnt find any pink ones) of which I thick you got the only magic pair!!!

Go check your mesurements! Look in the mirror honestly!! Check your clothes!!

The exercise builds muscle, burns energy! Are you eating enough?? To replace the energy your body is using to build new muscle? Are you eating the right food groups to build those toned legs and tight butt :) Low fat carb based snacks won't do it!!

lean meats and good fats and plenty veg will! Bob Harper and Jullian say this :) many other too


BUT.., I also know its your WI day tomorrow and your stressing!! Stop the self sabatariging :) and your be fine :)

Come on Kirsty I know it's vile but you can get there. Look at your clothes. You e just bought loads of 14's!!! That's not fat!
Get your head in the right place. Mine started again when I followed the fat2fit radio advice and upped my cals to near my BMR for a few weeks. It's scary bc you can put weight on again but I didn't . It kick started it all for me. Gave my body a change and more food for a while.
Smile hunny you've acheived a great deal you'll overcome this without going TFR :) xxx

Ok I've gone back to my Sw group tonight!

I've lost my way and I'm hoping it'll keep me going and get the losses moving again!

So official wi is 13.4.5 which is a sts! But at Sw is my lowest ever recorded weight so feeling a tad positive as its still a good thing!!!

So here's to a new but short week due to work wi will change each week between a Monday and a Thursday group! So this week will be a short week only 4 days till I wi again!!!

And I have a mammoth night out planned tomorrow night!! I wil try to stick to d coke and vodka but who knows its not as though I ever go out so I will enjoy it! Xx

Hey Hunni pie. I really think you have made the right decision and I hope it gets you back in the right zone :)
I am sure you will be fine on the vodka you may even find by relaxing a bit you will see a loss :) x x

No I just ate Sw I've never watched the 5g rule and I've been ok - I've only ever had a problem with eggs everything else I've been fine with xxx

Well I had a great night last night!!

Danced looooads and had too much to drink but it was amazing!!!

Stood at the kebab van and politely declined even though extremely tempted!!! My friend had one and I really wanted one but didn't!!!

I'm sure as I've only got a short week before wi on mon (4days) I'll gain most likely!

But I'm ok with that this week! Im prepared I've been asda! My Sw consultant helped me get my head back in it! And I'm ready for the week ahead!!!

So here's to the losses commencing again!! And more size 12s lol!!!! Xx
