My OH buys me diet coke and dried fruit from the shop, and himself redbull and a choc bar.. Eating it with mmmm yummy noisees .. Do u want a bit??He Says "oh that's right your on a diet"!! "Ha ha" and finishes it!

Haha my hubby is the same, there is currently a big bar of dairy milk in our fridge next to my strawberries ghrrrr

I think he tries to give it to me to stop himself feeling guilty!!!

Trouble is I do find it very hard to resist!!!

But I did so I'm pleased!!!!!

Yes I found it hard without group in wondering whether that has slightly contributed to my maintenance/yoyoing not fully but I don't think it's helped!

Oh well fresh start today!!! Xx

I think it's just nice to have as much support as you can, everyone at my group is lovely and they are soo supportive it's like an extension of here x

Good foodie day yesterday and another one planned today!!!

I've eaten breakfast before I've left for work because I'm anticipating I won't get a break till 3ish that seems to be the usual trend ATM!! Sighhhhhhhhh!

Ok im oddly feeling very postive feeling much more in control and really enjoying not feeling like a complete failure at the end of everyday!
The scales have helped boost this mood as today i wi at 13.1.175 Dont get me wrong i fully anticipate this to be higher on wednesday for wi it usually is, but it must be a good sign as its the lowest number ive ever seen!!!!

That 12 is within grabbing distance lol
!!

I could be going home for the day over the weekend but i am determined this time to be 100% and not let it affect my good week!!! I am determined to loose well this week im hoping for 3lbs but who knows it could bloody be another gain knowing my bloody luck!!!

Well I've just sat in the cinema watching "killing them softly" what a load of crap! Now there's a few hours of my life i won't get back hey!!! Lol

I sat there next to Marcus's bag of popcorn and as the movie continued to drag the temptation grew and grew with the smell of warm popcorn I was literally salivating!!!

But not one little piece of popcorn passed my lips I'm sooooo proud!!!! xx

I understand that, I posted something similar last week, the closer it gets the more I think I won't be happy at 11 stone & may lower it to 10 stone but for me I worry about the skin as I already have places that I really don't like!

I know it doesn't seem possible but when I think about it I never thought the 13s were possible!!! So why not aspire a little! I will stop at 10 before I lower it! Just so I don't have to pay for a little xx

It really does each but by official wi it'll be back up by a few lbs! It always is!!! But I can def smell that 12 now lol!!!
