Kirsty you daft bat no we don't think you make it up, yes if you said midweek you were 8 stone I think we would all be a little suspicious. Now you just have to try not to stress & I am sure you will see something lovely at official weigh in x

Well the scales haven't moved today so maybe they're settling :D maybe it will stay for wi!!!!

I'm gonna end up bloody soaked running in this weather this evening!!!! Ah we'll part of the fun hey?! Lol xxx

Omg I really struggled not physically but mentally i need to be running more in between so ill be making sure I do a few runs between now and Monday! Prob tomorrow and thur (when I'm not working!)

Yeah I think it will help you, a week is a long time between runs, even if you just do some shorter runs, I think mentality is what you have to crack with runnings x
