Not feeling better vomiting in my kitchen whilst landlords were fixing my toilet was the least glamorous part of the event lol!

I love apricot too!! Finally someone else who does :D their sales are always amazing! X
 
Short of my buying it online the nearest store to me is about an hour away.....
 
Tbh I have recently put an online order in - not sure whether that was wise or not tbh! We shall see! Lol

I feel a tad more in control ATM - I still need to pull my ass on to the exercise wagon once more a week! Twice isn't enough! It's just finding the energy like yesterday 730am till 10pm kills me at work - and yesterday happened to be full closed over capacity and just horrendous!

I'm not sure ill make it to wi again this week! I may try wed after my shift depending on how alive I'm feeling lol! But if not ill wait till next week!

Hey Hunni, have you ever made the Sw quiche with pasta and sauce?

I feel like I need to try and vary what I am eating and maybe throw in some red and green days in x
 
Yes I have made it and its lovely! I may make it now you've said it - I'm reallllllllly fussy and found (as oh wouldn't eat it!) I threw half away bc it was always so big! But I spose it's so cheap to make its not so bad!

But it is yummy! And you don't really notice it's Sw! Give it a go!

I need to vary what I eat too. I'm going shopping end of week with a recipe book in the attempt I'd have no excuse! Lol!

Ok so my lovely apricot order came! And I'm chuffed all 14s and all for except for one - which is about cm too small around the bust! As it was so cheap and such a "staple" a linen creamy dress I decided to keep it as hopefully when ie lost the Xmas weight it'll fit again! And then even better when I'm lower than my previous lowest etc! If that makes sense!

So so far today I'm 100% and please I've planned dinner - quorn lasagne and Sw chips! (And a bit of salad ofc!)
YES I GOT THE OH TO AGREE TO QUORN!!!!! Lol

My new emergency code word - for please help I'm about to cheat is going to be lard arse! I'm hoping it make me think twice and get me a kick up the arse too lol!!!

I didn't make it to wi this week I could have got up this morning to wi at another group but I slept for 13hours instead and I needed it!!!! So I'm please - I reckon I'd have had a sts! Which considering my boozey weekend is acceptable lol!!!

So here's hoping for a lb this week! Fingers crossed! X

Thats great about the clothes and you will have that dress fitting you in no time, looking forward to when i can hopefully by a 14, i would be the happiest person ever :D cant see it but you never know :rolleyes:

I'm getting increasingly frustrated! And feeling incredibly fat!!

Every morning I start out the day great! I think I'm planned I'm on the wagon and then dinner time comes and I seem to nose dive off the wagon into something naughty that actually isn't that great!

And trouble is I have been enjoying being "normal" and not worrying about food syns calories or exercise!

And it's gotto stop else ill end up where I began! Or bigger!!

So from tomorrow for my sanity ill be posting a food diary on here - there will be Sw associations and abbreviations so forgive me! And I've decided I must must exercise on my day off - excluded if I've gone "walking" around a shopping mall etc - I do also need a life but I'm focusing on 2 pt sessions and 1-2gym or classes - I think this also provides me with motivation. Since I slacked on the exercise its all gone down hill from there tbh!

Here's hoping for a good week! Xx

Sounds like a fabulous idea Hun, this week I have written a food diary logged it on mfp too, and today I put my total syns on there.. I need to get back exercising me and kes are doing a little exercise time challenge, why don't you join us.. My aim is at least 40 minutes 4 times a week .. I think you may feel like this because you couldn't get to class to get weighed.. Hope you have a fab week on plan and we are all jumping from the 13's into the 12's anytime now x

Yeah I'm gonna post it here so 1 it makes me accountable and 2 I have to keep track and finally 3 I have to see it in black and white!!

Yeah maybe it is that and class this week is gonna be difficult too as on nights again! :(

But I need to refocus my exercise as that helps keep my food on target and keeps me loosing! X
 
I'm also gonna challenge myself to burn 1750 cals a week that's 1/2lb in exercise! Hmmm I wonder how that'll figure out might have to crack out my hrm! X

You can do this Hun, think of that tiny wedding dress you'll be slipping into, it's time to get exercising again, I think I want a HRM to many to choose from and wondering if I shud wait Tilly birthday in march... Could you get yourself to any other class? Have you weighed yourself? It might help you x
