MizKirsty - Becoming my inner skinny!

My scales have varied so much recently from hers but worst case a sts! So not devastating!

And they don't do one on Friday and I'm night t w t and all the classes are then I will try to get there wed but tbh sleep will win if its calling lol !

It's not even so much the actual scales figures its my motivation that's dwindling but I guess it was bound to at some point as I've been at it for agggggges lol! I just need to find it again - and I'm hoping I have now! X
 
Well I'm pleased a great start to my 100% week!


Breakfast
35g muesli heb
Ss milk (1/2hea)

And bokwa! It's similar to Zumba (not that I've ever done Zumba to compare!) lots of bouncing and wiggling! I loved it!! Wasn't the best workout I've ever had but it'll have burnt cals and I enjoyed it wahoo! X

And at the end of each day I'm going to post a positive thought to round my day off positively! X

Well yesterday ended up a bit of a flop!

I went to my pt session at the gym! And managed to pass out! What a wimp! Felt sooooo stupid! I have no idea why! It didn't even feel that hard!

I'd drunk over a l, eaten muesli for breakie and 4 Rivita with ham and mango for lunch! My session was a 3pm. I was completely confused! I've had harder work outs! Embarrassed face on!

So we have Sw lasagne yum yum and then Marcus bloody bought garlic bread - even though I'd specifically asked him not too! So munched some of that! Then feeling rubbishy and not making it to Zumba as planned (thought was best not too!) I ate a chocolate bar too :(

I seem to do well until Marcus gets home and dinner time comes! So I've decided everytime he brings home "treats" I'm gonna recite - this is not as important as me loosing weight!

Ahhhhhhhh men and being bloody happy! My new found confidence isn't helping being happier in myself is making me laxed!

Well today is again again again a new start I'm planned and I'm having a green day!

I'm planned and prepared I hope! Xx

I know what you mean about the oh bringing home stuff you shouldn't have.. but they can be counted as your syns hun...

Men need to be shot! He makes me laugh he moans he puts on weight (he looses in the following bloody week!) but im like dont make my healthy dinners unhealthy then!!!

My scales are budging down so that's a positive! I was having a miserable low moment last night - after a relatively good day (minus any exercise) I suddenly got really low and felt like I'd had a complete disaster of a day! I felt as I would imagine Id feel if I'd scoffed a whole dominos pizza or something! (I hadn't obv!) but i honestly felt like I had - it was really strange!

Well the scales are lowering! I'm still working on the last bits of my Xmas gain! So maybe that's why I'm so miserable! Bc I've wasted the last 6 months hey!

Maybe your levels of vit d are low what with lack of the sun shine etc

Most docs are advising taking a vitD3 supplement during winter or if you spend a lot of time in doors :)

I hope so I'm feeling positive today! Had a good day yesterday and another good day today! It's just making sure you have a few good days! Then it all seems a bit better!!

I'm really pleased I picked up a biscuit and put it back without taking a bite! Go me! Xx

I'm now focusing on green days (recprded on mfp) so essentially going veggie! I think it's jut easier ATM! Totm has hit with a vengeance - no poo for days bloated! Working loads this week so ankles and feet swollen! Ah what a fabulous wi that'll make haha!

I'm trying green bc these sts are driving me mad! Lol!
