Yeah that's the trouble all I had to drink today was 2 cups of tea (6am till 5pm!) work is manic my aim tomorrow will be to drink more!

And I'm all planned! X
 
Ok I'm trying and failing yet again!


I just cannot get my Sw mojo back - maybe it's not the right time maybe I'm bored maybe my body's bored maybe I dunno anymore!

I've chatted with lex and I think I've come to the conclusion maybe I should try cc for a week and see how I go!

Whether this will help is another issue.

So this week ill be logging mfp aiming for -1.5 which is 1480 cals a day (will not be eating exercise cals!)

I'm very bloated as I was a couple of months ago I'm sure I look 9 months pregnant! :s not a good look unless you are hey! Lol!

So here's to a new week! A new start and hopefully a good loss - ill wi tomorrow so I have a starting point according to my scales! X
 
Sounds a good plan.. :)

Have you figured out what makes you bloat? For me it's bread and items made with wheat. Cookie cake plus high sugar items .. I spoke to my aunt on my dads side and she gets a similar problem.. Her solution stop eating bread - or have once a. Week.. She lives in Australia so don't talk to her much - but was interesting discussing it :)

Tbh I don't think it's food bloating me - last week i averaged <1L of fluid a day through work. I'm also constipated (relieved today!)

I'm pretty sure I have a urine infection no doubt as a consequence of last weeks pore fluid intake.

I'm sure last time it was the same the uti and constipation I don't necessarily think it was a diet thing.

I'm hoping therefore it's a bit of retention and some proper fluids will encourage me to get rid!

Ill be tracking drinks on mfp just so I'm a bit more conscious of it!

Remember try and make your daily calories count. Eat whole foods not processed stuff and I am sure you will do fine :)

Well yesterday and today have gone well!


Also worked out with my pt who supported the idea of 1480-1500 cals a day - but is also now promoting herbalife. Which is a semi food replacement plan!

He basically I think (or at least my interpretation of it) to incorporate two shakes into my day as breakfast and lunch continue with healthy snacks ie fruit and nuts and a balanced evening meal.

I'm still on the fence - he's given me a sachet to try (as the last shakes I tried made me gag!) but I have it on good authority (from Kat!) these are ok!!

So I will be attempting one tonight - how well that goes down may be another story lol!

Then if I decide to incorporate them i guess a sometime next week I'd have a delivery!

Anyone else tried and tested them?! Xx
 
Well that's put pay to that idea - gagged so bad added water no difference tried straw still gagged!

Clearly I cannot do shakes haha! X
 
Yeah I think ill just stick with cc lol and avoid gag inducing shakes lol xx

Lets see if this cc business will work for me!! (Anywhere near as well as it has fr lex!)

I've investe in the HD cook book - there's a few in there I can't wait to try!!! Including the yummy looking pasties the granola and quite a few of the main meals!

Here's to another good week! I'm on nights so I will resist jumping on the scales between bc it'll only make me miserable!

The end of this week post my nights I intend on cooking the pasties granola and attempting a meal - were having chilli tonight which is pretty much the same recipe.

I was talking to lex earlier and I've realised I think the reason I've been floundering recently is I'm being impatient. I want dramatic losses overnight. My rational side knows that isn't gonna happen but it doesn't stop me wishing!

I lost a lb this week and that's great - but in my head I'm already think cc isn't working! I think I need to stop wi daily as the fluctuations I think are making me feel that way when I see the scales jump I automatically feel like I've gained or failed and actually I haven't!

So I won't be stepping on till either Friday (but that'll be post valentines meal out) so not sure that's a good day or possibly Sunday when hopefully that'll be done (but again that's post a night out on Friday too) - so I'd be pleased with a 1/2 loss this week I think with all that going on!

I have a nutritional session with my pt this week. He's gonna sit down with me and evaluate my diet and give me pointers and tips! So that'll be good hopefully!

I think once I see a few numbers closer to where I was before Xmas I feel more motivated so here's to a good and better mental week! Xx
 
Well I'm feeling very positive today! I've hoped on the scales even though I said I wouldn't and the scales are downwards even though I'm in the middle of nights - I'm super pleased!

I do believe in cc (remind me of this when I have a wobbly moment lol!) xx
