Well I managed a sts! Whoop whoop!


I'm really pleased! Considering I've had a few meals out I am pleased!

And I'm hoping next weeks wi I can manage an actual loss :)

Inches are going though so that's good!! Xx

Well I am pleased its not a gain!

I've had since last official wi 4 meals out !!! That's almost all my feed days - and ofc I'm not gonna make a habit of it it's simply bc of my friends staying so hopefully this week will be awesome !!

Carb overload! It's all I've eaten today!


I'm within my cals I've eaten exercise cals but I'm up all night too so it's ok!

Ill have a lower day tomorrow! X
 
I've had what appears to be a terrible day cal wise.

It's bc I've had an extra two meals over my night shift I'm hoping I can claw it back tomorrow!!

I hope so!! Normally I'd have slept today but I haven't so I've been awake for over 24 hours so obviously I've not had that sleeping non eating phase!

I feel guilty and awful! But hoping I can claw it back! Xx

But I'm now over my cals I may try for a could of 1200 days just to even it out! X
 
Or just sleep some of tomorrow away lol
