Well back to workout with Pav pt mpg he slaughtered me lol sweating like a pig haha

Good workout though

He's gonna start taking my measurements at the gym and weighing me I suppose it'll provide some sort of accountability but I've told him I'm going by my scales so he can tell meh is scales difference but I don't wanna know the number bc it screws with my head too many sets!

But I suppose knowing he's gonna do it will also keep me on target hopefully!

He's also gonna make a little 20min weight session I can do in the gym after a spinning session! :)

So feeling really positive today. Even though I have an impending night shift lol!

But I'm down 5.75lbs of my gain so far so it's going! Not quite gone but getting there hey :) xx
 
Well I managed to haul my arse spinning today!


Even though I still ached from my personal training feel good now I've gone sure I won't tomorrow.

The funeral was as well as can e expected of a funeral.

Food was basically chicken and bread. And considering I hadn't eaten in 16hours or so (due to nights) I had some! But I'd also picked at chocolates all day. I also didn't sleep for 40hours :(

And on our way home at 2230 last night I came over all funny shaking dizzy nausea. So we did stop in McDonald's :( and I had some fries and a bite of Marcus burger!

So all in all a rubbish diet day yesterday - however I'm wondering if my body needed an extra 1200 cals for the time I was awake instead of sleeping - because even though I ate all that and would usually fluctuate upwards on the scales I havent!

Official wi tomorrow a day early bc I'm working Sunday so won't poo and won't wi!

Hoping its the next number down tomorrow but who knows!

Totm hasn't been too bad this month compared to the hideousness of last month!

Just want this extra weight gone now :)

I so annoyed disgusted and frustrated!


I ended up completely binging on my night shift last night!

The buffet came our brownies cupcakes baguette Camembert crisps and I ate it! And I wasn't in control of what I was eating. It was mindless shovelling. And that's scared me a little bit!

I need a new technique for work.

I'm back on days tomorrow which is much easier. But I need a way of avoiding the snacking!

I mean I have had a hetic week with holiday funeral and returning to nights. I kicked up the exercise even on days where usually I'd have a rest day and I've had totm - now the excuses are out of the way it was shear lack of will power and that's bc I didn't think I just shovelled.

So a new week a fresh start!

I'm on day so hoping that'll be easier to combat but nights again next week!

Hmm I dunno what I'm gonna do but I have to so something! Any ideas?!

I think you were doing really well packing loads of stuff in your bag including snacks to get you through your nights - before you went away !

Also when you have had such a busy week with TOTM on top it's much harder to resist the "goodies"

Just find a snack that's good for you but also ticks all the boxes. Brownie vs pack of dried pineapple (or what ever) mixed with a few bits of dark choc or melt the choc and cover the dried fruit ?? Portion out at home :)

Yes that's probably a good idea I need something more tempting in my bag!

Trouble is by eating my entire fridge contents helped avoiding the snack table but meant I wasn't loosing - that's why my cals are lower ATM. But I suppose I could up them to 1500 on night shifts only just for the extra snackage!

But I think the dried fruit and choc combo could be a good one.

I'm gonna try the gum too. I think your generally less likely to eat with that in your mouth surely! X
 
Wish I could give you some advice but I am terrible if I stay up late. I just want to eat everything so I understand how hard it must be. Is there any way you can avoid being where the food is?

If I'm busy though to avoid the table. I usually end up with no break which ultimately leads to munching quickly from the table! Hmmmm I dunno it's so tough.

Hopefully ill be back in the community soon and won't have to deal with nights anymore! Xx
 
Failed yet again today!

All I can do is start again tomorrow. I have a few days off after that. I think it's getting back from hol being at families the funeral totm and nights follows by days immediately I don't think I've had time to think and adjust.

And lets face it what else can I do but try again! X
 
Wahoo my first good day is now under my belt!

It was ok I ate into my exercise cals but still had a good day as under cal goal! Unfortunately I feel a bit poorly and under the weather though so I'm hoping ill be ok! X
