This is brilliant news hun!...and I bet, a relief for you!

:talk017:

Yippee, that's great news, it's high time things started going in your favour.

I'm superly chuffed I cannot explain how happy and chilled I am right now!

Nothing else to be worrying about now other than dropping those pounds!!! I'm feeling so good!

Aquafit tonight! No crappy foods and away I go 3lbs loss this week I hope!! Xxx

Good to hear you're so happy. I'm sure having the new job & life being a bit easier will make it much easier to make healthy food choices.

It means I won't have to work full time for free and then parttime on top! So I will have more time less stress.

I'll be able to exercise and eat well - and be alive at the end of the week lol!!

It's a huge weight lifted!! I can actually feel myself breathing it's kinda weird!!!

I just hope that next year the 6month temp cont becomes permanent!! And I didn't sacrifice the perm job in London for nothing!

But for now no stressing or worrying just relaxing and enjoying the accomplishment!! Xx

I'm scribbling down what I'm Eating to make sure I get a good loss this week!!

So breakfast was a celebratory one out considering my recent news :)

Porridge heb
(I'm sure this was made with water it didnt taste like milky! - spoons any ideas!?)
And 2x slices of bread with butter so it's just under 15syns

But that's it syn wise! For today!

Mince meat chilli tonight! With plenty of veggies!!
Xx

I knew you'd get it hun, and it's great to see you so positive and happy, and looking forward to starting afresh!... it'll make things so much easier for you and hopefully stress free :)

Well done hun...your tea sounds nice I love chilli :)

Yeah chilli is a fav of mine too love any thing spicy lol!!

Yeah I feel like a new woman completely normal which I haven't felt in a long time!! So it'll be great!! I'm sure now I can focus 100% I'll have the time to read that book which I'm really looking forward too -

How did you find that book?! Xx

Just been to costa - diet pepsi but all those yummy cakes!!

I had grapes! Yes the fruit kind hehe :D xx

Hi,

I have just been reading your thread, firstly I would like to say well done on being so honest and I hope it’s helped you keep on track; you are obviously well loved here looking at all the support you have had.

I'm new to the forum and have just started taking Allie but was thinking of changing to Xenical.

I wanted to ask you how you found Alli when you were taking it and what made you change to Xenical? What were the differences and would you go back to Alli?

Thank you so much in advance

Catherine x

Hi Catherine!

Simply the cost - it is £7 for a prescription but up to £50 for a month of alli!!

That's is basically the reason I changed - I have noticed my average loss go up a little on the xen opposed to the alli - but otherwise there isn't much difference!!

How are you finding the alli?! Xx

Oh and I would go back to alli if I couldn't get a prescription any more xx

I love spicy food too...I like chilli with lots of kidney beans and a fluffy jacket spud :) I first noticed it ages ago when I was at the library, in the healthy section looking up various diets, I borrowed a copy and decided to get my own copy...which I then lost so I got another one...it's a really helpful book, even if you just read a bit at a time and follow it...it helps :)

Hi Catherine, Xenical contains the full does, where as Alli doesn't :)

Oh no no beans!!! Yuck!! Lol I put everything but beans lol!!! Or I pick them out lol!!!!!

Doing sw I tend to go without rice/pot as it's usually a red day!!!

Ah ok ive read the reviews everyone seems to like the book and advises it so hopefully that will be a good one to have :) xx

started today on Xenical

Just started today on Xenical, the doc gave me enough for 6mths :D. It was my friends that told me about them as they got prescribed to them by the doctor. So what i have read, you really need to eat a certain amount of calorie say 1000 and no more that 40/45g a fat in a day when you calculate the fat is that the saturate fat as well ?

There are some amazing results on here, I'm so determined to loss this weight not sure how easy its going to be, with a few health issues but hey hoo I'm willing to give it a bash :)

I'm going away in 8wks so it would be good see see a bit of a difference in my weight before we go to Portugal :D

Will be on regularly to keep everyone updated and to se how you all are getting on.

Looking forward to hear all about what it was like in your 1st few weeks on starting Xenical xx

You should start with around 1200 calories minimum, don't drop under 1200 calories a day..also with the far you look at the total fat (that includes saturated fat) www.myfitnesspal.com this will do it all for you..start your own food diary hun, it will help you, you can keep a track of what you're eating and we can help :)

Yeah it's the sw plan can't tend to have meat and carbs at the same time lol!!

But u really missed it when I first started eating like that - now o take no notice!!!

Had a great day today food wise and ha an amazing day (last three days this week!) at uni with the lovely ladies!!

Friday is a day of danger!

Feast so it was called at lunch (I'm planning on being anti social and taking my own lunch!)

And a huge celebratory party plenty of booze and food - planning diet coke and vodka etc and will eat plenty of salad from the buffet and maybe chicken!! I will try to be as good as!

Got that book delivered today - reading thinking yes! Yes! Yes! That's what I do yes! Omg! That's me! Lol!!!

And I realised I'm more conscious of my weight now at uni I was hiding myself! Lots of people noticed but I kept arms crosses over tummy trying to hide myself away - not sure why bc I do feel great!! Hmm

Welcome! How are you finding the xen! Xxx

I was good today - even though I forgot lunch I choose to have a salad pot thingy where you can choose salad pasta etc (does anyone know what I mean lol)

So proud didn't even look at the cakes or the crisp or the chocolate or the very very very yummy baguettes (my super fav!)

Bowling tonight!!! Spose it's a few cals burnt!

Will spin tomorrow night :) xx
