MizKirsty - Becoming my inner skinny!

Ok I've had lightbulb moment!

flu = poor ability to breathe

Spin = very def need to breathe

If you combine the two very poor outcome lol

I struggled very very much even considered getting off and going home but finished and feel good!!

As I didn't manage to go shopping last night (I know ugh!) I popped to tesco after gym and picked up some ff Greek yoghurt (I'm sick of diet yoghurts there so thin and runny :( ) some mango and banana and some sf jelly. I also picked up some el Philly and rivita and the usual apricot wheats!

I'm well prepared for my night shift now lol - I'm also gonna take some risotto I'll make for dinner I know it seems a lot of food but if I have it means no excuse to eat the crap on the tables!!! Xxx

What are the apricot wheats? Looked for them in tesco/ sainsbury but couldn't see them

Its cereal! Mini Shredded wheats with apricots inside! I love them!!! They do assort blueberry cranberry etc! Yummy lol xx

Well I screwed up again!!

Everyone brought in French baguette cheese and pate to work last night!! And I couldnt resist!! Feel ill tired fed up a
D frustrated I gave in !! :(

Complete failure!!! Xxx

Right Mrs let's get one thing straight you are not a failure!!! You had a blip. If you were a failure you wouldn't have the great loss you've had up to now...... Tomorrow is another day babe, keep your chin up x

I agree! One blip doesn't make you a failure.. You now know that pâté and French bread is a weakness.. Next time you will be stronger :) positive thinking!

But I went there so positive I'd planned and completely let it slip! I hate night shifts!!

Ugh so I'm gonna try gain! Planned food! But I'm starving all the time :( xx

Maybe have a plan to eat something every 40-60 mins... Yogurt, crackers, 1/2 of dinner, carrots, celery, 1/2 rest of dinner/meal.. Cooked Brocoli with lite salad dressing.. Cucumber and peppers .. More yogurt.. And so on?? Till you can cope! Oh and loads of water!!

Just seen this wee bit of advise!!

Carry a totem - Sometimes having something in our pocket, pocketbook or wallet - such as a photo of yourself at your former (target) weight or a place you want to go to celebrate your weight loss success - can serve as a simple reminder that our efforts are worth it in the end. Pull out this totem when you feel the urge to over-indulge to remind yourself of the path to your destination.

I did!! It I stuck to plan on my night shift!!!!

I ate everything I packed brought some home but didn't eat anything!
Helped that there wasn't a buffet on but I avoided toast and ice lollies!!!

Only down side I did have a chinese takeaway for dinner but in the sw plan that's only 14syns!! Xxx

My last night was perfect I had a whole 24hrs with no cheats not even an on plan one whoop whoop lol think it's a bit late to affect the wi in a positive way now though but oh well xxx
