I'm thrilled it's been driving me mad for over a month! Not sure if it will show up at sw scales tomorrow as they round to nearest half pound but fingers crossed!! Ahhhhh so happy!

I'm glad I scale hopped I was completely depressed :( and needed something to snap me outta it and that's done just that! Super motivated now :)

2.5 is a good loss how long ago did you wi at the drs is it weekly or monthly ! Xx
 
Haha wish it was weekly it's monthly... Had really hoped for a good loss this week but alas totm sprung its unexpected head .. Thinking about chopping my arm off .. But think doc would notice.. Have been doing that 30 day shred so hoping the loss will come and that my dr is in a good mood :)
 
But just explain all those things increasing exercise will initially retain water totm is a demon inthe weight loss world in sure your gp will be fine! Like mine says you will have months where you don't loose as much or maintain it even prehaps gain a lil! X

Thanks Hun.. I am just gutted it's only me 2nd month and I had hoped for much more ... But I am going to keep trying its gotta start coming off at some point :) x
 
It will do perseverance! Ask anyone on this site there's no quick fix it's a permanent lifestyle change unfortunately would be lovely to eat cakes all day and loose weight lol but unfortunately such a diet doesn't exist ... Yet! Lol

I'm sure the dr will be understanding and plus their scales may vary from yours slightly! X

I have no nights out to get in my way until 25 feb
This is gonna be a good 4 weeks for me :)

That's s great motivator just seeing that stone lower number. Keeps you going. Ice got a docs appt on Tuesday . I hope iVF list a reasonable amount this time otherwise I think they're going to start asking questions

Well my dr was really understanding! Hate hat have you been doing this week cal counting?! Or sw?

Is it a monthly wi?! I know you were wondering whether to weekly a whole back?! X
 
Just noticed my phone hijacked my spellings again sorry.

I've actually this been paying no attention to either sw or cal counting. I've just been eating whatever I fancy that's obviously more or less low fat . But relaxing about it all and giving myself to eat if I want to. And I've actually not eaten too much at all and I feel great. :)

Ok that's great how have you found doing that?! I feel better by relaxing the sw rules and just focusing on cals for once! Whoop whoop!

Fortnightly is ok! Do you have any idea how you've done so you feel lighter/smaller?! X
 
I do feel I've lost a bit of weight but I did after Christmas according to my scales and sw but the docs hadn't shifted at all which is weird. So I'm not holding my breath

You should take your sw book as proof!!! I've considered that in the past but my docs are same as sw! X
 
Most of the time they are similar so I've not bothered but I may take it on Tuesday just in case
