You did great. Down is the right direction, and you're gonna kick the number 14 right into touch next week! In the mean time do abit of 'boxing' on the wii and visualise beating the **** outta 14...or stick it on a dart board but that won't burn so many calories...
I hope so! I'll be gutted if I don't! Lol! Well had my "treat night" and only 400cals over! So that's awesome considering treat night is usually 2000+ cals!
