Lost 2.5lbs ugh not enough bang on 14 again! :( must be next week! X
 
You did great. Down is the right direction, and you're gonna kick the number 14 right into touch next week! In the mean time do abit of 'boxing' on the wii and visualise beating the **** outta 14...or stick it on a dart board but that won't burn so many calories...

I hope so! I'll be gutted if I don't! Lol! Well had my "treat night" and only 400cals over! So that's awesome considering treat night is usually 2000+ cals!

I'm motivated for this week I'm desperate to reach my goal of anything in the 13s next week! X

I'm sure you'll get there Kirsty. Have my weigh in tomorrow and hoping to get under the 15 barrier. It's always such a milestone getting under the lower stone mark.
