Well I've earn some of oh chippies :( now I have cramps and I'm sure mr tango will visit means I'm over cal count by about 80! :( x

I'm never gonna loose weight and get into the 13s :( x

You're telling yourself you're stuck. It's not happening therefore it won't so a few chips or so won't matter that much!

Stop it. Get your head right.
Tell yourself you are going to lose weight. Do the right things. Tell yourself you can resist temptation and next wi you will have lost

Perfectly put Kat! Kirsty like I said to you a few chips is a blip not a week spoiler so don't you dare let it colour the rest of the week x
 
As long as its only a couple, and you didn't shove your OH off his chair and wrestle his plate off him and then eat ALL of them while growling at him.., then as Lexie said its a blip not the end of the world :) and being over by 80 is not too bad!! Do some cleaning, ironing, star jumps.. And you will have burnt it off!!!
 
I know but this is whats frustrating I know I'm sabotaging myself! I know it's in my head but I can't get around it :( And it driving me mad! Everytime I hit 14 I eat my way to a gain! Well I'm planned tody all except for lunchtime I'll have to pop to the shops! X
