I think it's just a mental thing I'm sure my body isn't going to stop me getting to a healthy weight that would be daft! But my mind on the other hand! I think it's bc I am so desperate to get into the 13 that its proving such a task been trying since dec beginning! And it's extremely frustrating now! Hence all the temper tantrums lol!

Trouble is how long can I spend tooing and throwing!? Mmm

I took a small tin of beans and some bread to toast at work today so will stop me going to shop but I forgot my fruit cocktail rubbish! X

Be thankful its only been december. I stayed the same for 18 months!!! It's awful.
So sort your head out now!! I think you need to be the driver of our wagon for a while. Keep us moving do you get there too

I always self sabotage too, i do really well then i F*** it all up!! But not this time and neither will you, just think about how you will feel when you break that barrier and get into the 13's!!
