Thanks guys means a lot i know im a miserable cow coming up to wi - but i here by promise not to get on my scales until monday next week - chuffed doesnt begin to describe how extremely happy i am!

Lexie - OMG i never thought about it like that but yes i suppose i am closer to 12 now than the 14 how strange is it to think of it like that - and 4lbs to my 4.5st award!

My scales are history lol!

Im gonna cal count again this week - continuing with the idea of cal cycling so this week will aim for 1200 everyday then again next week up it to 1470 again!

Im gonna be looking fab for my florida holiday - and im convinced ill do well in the bhol challenge its great!

Massive well done. You have done amazing so far. Don't worry about stressing - it's nice to hear that we all have the same thoughts from time to time xxx

Right so here begins a new week hey ladies!
This is a 1200 cal per day week - and id like another -2lbs this week - im gonna have to spice the exercise up a bit - i have thursday off so am able to make the lunchtime spinning class that day - and ill pop to the gym later on that day also. Sunday evening also a spin night if the class isnt fully booked - will be attempting to book later on today.
During the week im gonna keep up the gym routine as i think thats really helped along with the new cal counting buisness.

Tonight is an iffy exercise day - thinking i might shred at home i have a pedicure booked in after work today so will more than likely go straight home after it - but shredding will burn a few maybe ill do level 1 and 2 to make up??

Hmmm never even seen level 2!!!

Day one of week 1200! And done well only 1174 cals! Yay me - no exercise though will tackle that tomorrow! X
 
I'm due to get my prescription renewed tomorrow I'm down 5kgs since last wi so I'm confident they will give me a repeat but having a mild freak out about the shortage and doubtful ill get any!

Let's hope this shortage will be over in may like they hope! X
 
Boo Hoo im actually feeling quite poorly today :( have a bit of a migraine - hoping tablets fluids and spinning will sort me out!

Still feeling anxious about getting some xen :S goodness me stressful times!

Well feeling a bit perkier following that gym workout! Was a bit of a grump all day tbh!

Not convinced for a loss Monday bc of suh great losses over last 2 wks id accept a sts I think! Lol

Can see definite body shape changes which is great don't think I'll be wearing a bikini in June maybe a tankini!

Feeling shocking today crappy day at work - starving hungry eating my lunch now at 1624!!! How rubbish is that!

Ugh and trouble is I'll be doing it all again tomorrow! X
