That's cos muscle burns more calories than fat (so the trainer at my gym said)

Yeah when the girls say oh that burnt 500cals on tonight's run I am there like I wi about 3dtone heavier and I'm dying your not even breaking a sweat! So I think I'd be burning more than the coach! But thought it may be over estimating!

I don't want a polar I've heard they aren't accurate when it comes to the women side of calculating burn and are quite often lower than actual burnt!

I want a garmin pro runner it has gps mileage and cals hrm etc! It's £250-300 ATM as its new and all touch screen etx! Thats on my Xmas list!

Nice to see you back mb! Xx

Well I've had a lovely couple of days down in Cornwall! Lovely weather really enjoyed myself chilled out and just had fun :)

Food yesterday hmmmm extremely dodgy! Was a fair amount over I'm estimating by mfp! And today I'm 70cals over but off home and I'm gonna do a 2mi run minimum to help burn those extras off!

I'm then on 3 long days at work hmmmm can I manage to pull it back for Monday wi - I hope so!

Plan 1200cals a day from tomorrow-Monday. Run tomorrow after work (won't manage any fri or sat I'm not even gonna kid myself!) then a run sun and mon before wi! As its bhol my usual club run will be wed!!

Wish me luck!! Xx

I'm sure you will be able to stick to the 1200 cals, and it's good that you are not thinking I'm gonna go for a run, however you know you won't because you will be shatted.

Just keep focused (that's what I'm doing) and take one day at a time xx

Haha your optimism is great but I've failed already 1390 cals lol! I dunno what's wrong with me! Lol

But the lovely Lexie did point out to me that actually if my highest cal day away was only at my maintenance cals level so hopefully at worst I'll have a sts!

I think it's just thrown me this week so far but being back at work tomorrow I'm sure will sort that out again for me! Lol

Discovered a lovely nature walk/route behind my house which will be lovely for running can't wait to go for a run on Sunday now how mad is that - today it was a stroll and feeding the ducks lol! Sunday it'll be a run :)

I'm not feeling as bloated as I was so hopefully that means totm is finishing and so will the cravings! Xx

Hun st least it wasn't 2000 calories so don't best yourself up..

Your run route sounds lovely.. Wish I had something like that here...

Impending doom of wi tomorrow lol! I'm staying positive or at least trying I'm hoping at worst I'll sts! After the days in Newquay and limited control but within maintainence cals according to mfp I'm trying to hope for anything but a gain!

I'm feeling my body is shrinking still I'm actually feeling quite good today! :)

Fingers crossed hey! Let's hope cc is gonna work this week for me :)

I'm also thinking of buying a bike today! Marcus really likes riding and itll be nice to do it together and burn cals rather than consuming them like my old self would have! Xxx

Well the love Lexie manage to produce this!

It makes me realise I have come a long way and it's been slow and hard but worth it! Xx

Looking good

Yay -1/2lb this week for me! Making me 13.4.5!!! Considering my few days away I'm chuffed!

This is a home wi - I've decided not to go Sw as I'm not staying to group ever (due to dashing off for run club!) and I'm cc ATM it seems silly to pay £5 a week just to wi on a set of scales when I wi at home anyway! Lol

So I've not "quit" yet just incase I loose the plot this week! But that's where my minds at! Xx

I hope I won't!!! Thankyou !! Xxx
