I just hope it works!!! I need to do something! That hairy bikers was depressing me last night! I need to get it going again!!!

I think it wouldn't if I didn't exercise so damn much but I just think what's the point if it's not helping you know! Ugh rant over ;) x

Awe hunni it may not be showing on the scales but I bet you it's showing on the inches. The scales will catch up at some point x

It is showing in inches but that makes it that more frustrating lol bc I know I should be loosing but I'm not!!!

Ok breakfast done we ate at f&b for breakfast

I had a plain Omlette (eggs are free but I'm sure it was in oil so I'm gonna look up syn value and estimate when I get home!) and some brown toast!

I know I've had bread but that'll be cut as from tomorrow! I'm trying to fill myself so my night will be less picky as I really don't want it to affect wi!!! X

Not so good ATM!
I gained 1/2lb again yesterday so not a happy bunny trouble is it seems to be a pattern with nights! :( but there's not a lot I can do about it!

So my new plan this week is to simply calorie count! I've got lots of exercise booked in so ran yesterday spin tonight run tomorrow thur step and Pilates Friday I will be sleeping post nights an over the weekend I hope to run again!!

I'm planning a 1200 cal week just to step it up a lev!
Then next week aim for 1500. According to a calorie count web site I could eat as many as 1700 cals and loose I'm not convince a 1lb loss on mfp is 1680 (actually I suppose that's close!).

So I'm hoping fur a better loss next Monday else I shall commit suicide by chocolate and ice cream! Lol xx
 
Don't do the chocolate and ice cream!!!!!!

Just stick with it, I don't see why you shouldn't stick with 1200 cals... Why bring it up?...
 
Bc it's too low in comparison to my bmr and activity level it's not sustainable long term!

Plus if my body gets used to that low once at target id have to maintain that in order not to gain weight!

And I won't cc forever it's just to break through the plateau and give me a boost!

I want to live too and it's almost impossible at 1200 xx

I certainly couldn't live at 1200, I've done it sometimes if I'm looking for a big loss but for me it's not sustainable & I'd fall off the wagon. I have 1300-1400 which leaves space for a little treat if I need it or just bigger portions on my exercise days

I'm having another emotionally fat day! Where I feel like a whale bc the scales have told me I'm fatter! But what's annoyed me even more is my new pjs are now too big the 16s don't stay up so I'm shrinking but getting fatter talk about screwing with a girls head hey! Xx

No I've never taken measurements so I have nothing to compare it too so clothes have been the indicator for that! X
