Ah, that sounds the same as us actually, but I guess cos he's already working as a community sports coach an has done lots of voluntary he doesnt need that aspect, maybe I understood it wrong but I thought the school paid. Do many schools offer it in your LEA? cos hardly any of ours do? xxx

I've done SW for the second time since Sept 2007, and I'm flabergasted at you losing half a stone every three weeks without fail! You are one awe inspiring person! I wish I had as much success as you but my bodies let me down so I'm trying Slimfast for a kick up the a&*% until Xmas!

thanks - my losses were from april - august this year, then i went on holiday and also had a 8 week break from SW and put 15lbs on! am back at class now and trying to undo the damage and carry on with my losses

it's hard to get your head around it but once you know how to do it it's quite easy. i only do it as it give bigger losses than the normal red/green days.

feeling OK about weigh-in. only lost half a pound over the last fortnight...however, i have eaten out at restaurants (with no consideration for SW plan) 4 times in that time, so i guess i can't complain!
She might like being a page 3 girl, lol.
Lol, my other half is looking at me strangely cos Im giggling away to myself.
Just found Rainbow hanging round page 3 too so I rescued her, lol.

had a chinese on thursday after weigh-in but it wasn't very nice at all.
just relaxing this weekend - i haven't left the house yet!!! trying to find my feet at work - i think i will be ok, but it's all quite daunting. once i start doing my job properly i will have to give lessons at schools and i'm s******* myself!

i don't know what's going on with my body at the moment. my boobs started getting sore about 3 weeks ago!!! ...and i still haven't started my periods - i have been a little tearful over the weekend. doesn't look like the scales are budging either.
The Mighty Boosh are at the theatre next week and i really wanted tickets, but back in september the only ones left were balcony seats at the back, so didn't bother booking any. went online this morning and got 2 tickets 9 rows from the stage!!! BRILLIANT!!! and we're centre to the stage. am well chuffed about it - woooo!!!
