me too - just need to get fitter before i attempt that. when i went a few months ago i kept taking panic attacks in the water - i think my brains has taken a dislike to bobbing around in the water!

not the nicest of feelings, but i didn't have it the other day when i swam gently - hence the granny swimming

I dont like going underwater so I do fast front crawl (Im not v good at breaststroke) - I find it more tiring the breaststroke though x

my 9 days off is nearly over - i don't know where it's gone :O

have pretty much done nothing!!! ...i've done bits'n'bobs, but realistically nothing! lol

today i'm going out for lunch with my friend from my old job then we're gonna go for a walk around the shopping centre. i hope i can get some new clothes (which i can't really afford!) for my new job. then i'm getting my hair done at 7pm *sigh* - my roots are over an inch long!!! whoops!

i HATE shopping! i have realised that i need some jumpers - i think i have 2!!! ....and it's freezing. black polonecks for me

I'm the same, I love wearing black. However - the are some really nice dark purple and dark green jumpers around, try them on just to see.
I normally shy away from colour but love the deep ones now. x

ohhhh shopping - my fav thing! I want to go today but have got to wait in for UPS to collect a parcel, but if they come early enough then I may still be able to go!!!! I cant believe my week off has gone already, although to be fair I have actually been quite busy busy! When dya start your new job karen? x

lol - yeah that's right MONDAY!!! woooooh excited and nervous - lots to learn

so i went shopping and bought NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my friend managed to spend about £80 - but then i would have been able to spend hundreds if i was a size 16/18 - there were quite a few 60's dresses in the shops....so i nearly cried. i've come home feeling very low about how crap my clothes are and the fact there's nothing in the shops for me

Hate shopping - those mirrors in the changing rooms are designed to make me look as fat as possible I'm sure of it. And what's going on with sizing? I can get 2 items in the same shop and have to get different sizes.

i think i'm going to have to go to the material shop and get some patterns and force my mum to make me something i will actually like. new look is an absolute JOKE at the moment!

i hope so!!! today was really crap as there was nothing to buy and everything i did like only went up to an 18....maybe 20.

this has made me think i need to make more effort now.... and once i'm settled in my new job i am going to get my GP referal for the sports centre.
