sorry i've not been about - been eating rubbish and not sticking to plan at all.
getting a bit desperate now - i go on holiday in 2 weeks and 2 days. i did a bit of snooping about and have decided to give Celebrity Slim a go. it seems to get better results than SlimFast.
i'll update how much i've lost in next tuesday - if i make it that far!!!
hey ladies - so far so good. i'd defo recommend this for a boost.
it's a bit like the shake diets, but you have a shake (or soup or bar)for brekkie, small snack 2 hours later, a shake (or soup or bar) for lunch, a small snack 2 hours later, then a dinner consisting mostly of veg and 1/4 plate of protein....then a small snack in the evening if you want it!
i've found it REALLY easy. not hungry at all compared to my normal eating. having loads of water and after 3 days in i've lost 9lbs :O can't believe it!!!
will let you know my official weigh-in after a week on monday...but i think it will defo be a loss
you think? you think? you mean you bloody know it will be lol! well done, glad you've found something thats working for ya, i was surprised at how easy LL has been - its nice to get a surprise like that x
for a 7 days supply it's around £24 ...i think!!! sounds alot but if i hav lunch at work every day i spend about £25 in 5 days, so it's cheaper and includes breakfast.
my favourite shakes are cafe latte flavour - they taste exactly like those little glass bottle chilled mocha coffees that you can get in petrol stations. banana's nice and vanilla tastes like ice cream and condensed milk so pretty nice too. i would recommend making them with chilled water as room temp water makes them a bit eurgh!
i've only had the veg soup and it's ok - very filling and a bit cupp-a-soup-like...will add a bit of salt next time as it was slightly bland, although i added too much water!
the bars are £2.20 EACH!!!! which is alot, but you have a whole bar as a meal or half a bar as a snack. only tried chocolate fudge - they taste ok, but not great. the chocolate is quite fake tasting, but they chewy so last a while when you're eating them
hmmm, just asked in my thread how much it cost. i know when i tell people that LL is £66 a week they are aghast, but if you add up how much you'd spend in a 'normal' week its not too different!! x
flippin eck!!! i had to go to dinner tonight at frankie and bennys.... i had a bowl of olives for starter and a mozarella and tomato salad for main! washed down with a litre of mineral water!
