Yipee, at last my scale moved! After staying the same for 2 weeks, I've had a 3lb loss. Really glad that I stuck to it and didn't just throw in the towel. Good luck everyone and well done to those that have lost!

A yippee from me too - slowed down over weeks 5/6 but this week I've lost just over 2½ lbs so I'm really pleased. Like Lesley, I think it's due to finding this site which is really helping me! So thanks everyone.

I've met my first mini-target - to be under 14st by end February.
Done it (just) with 1 lb in hand!
