That's looks delicious. I really need a SW for dummies manual. You are doing so good on this different plan, it's like a huge boast to you. What's the difference between this and the last plan (remember your talking to a SW Virgin lol)

So Helen as I have few min before it gets busy I will try to explain. And pls other who on Sw too, if I do mistake - help me out and point me to right way
So sw have 3 main plans.
EE - extra easy
RED - original sw plan ( hard(er) option of sw
GREEN - vegetarion one
And there is different plan for diabet ( dont know how to write this word. Lol )
And there is some more small plans inside of plans.
SE - success express - thats the one Im doing now.
Beauty is you cam go from one plan to another. One day at on plan. Second day at other. And you still can lose weight. They even sugest to try different plans when you weight loss slows down to give you a kick start again.
Most people are on EE - easiest of all. You can eat as much as you want. What you want. When you want. And still lose weight.

Only thing you need to worry about sw is to make change -
1)low fat everything. Meat, cheese, yogurt and so on.
2) health extra. Every day you get one choise of cheese/ milk and bread
3) you have 15 syn for day. You can use it as treat.
Almost every everyday home made basic dish can be done sw friendly. I dont find it expencive either.
