Total 9 syns. That alot most of them come from oil. But it was nice - not every day worth nice or even every week worth but it was nice :)

Sometimes when I make photo of my food and I havet really tasted it yet I have ides in my head how this ot that would taste. I remembre 2 times when I was sure that I will have to write down - food looked good but taste was not so great :p and then after I had first bite - I change my mind. As it did taste good. :)
One thing SW have teached me is not to waste my syns on food that dont taste good. I just to eat food I did not enjoy - to lose weight. Not anymore - Now I enjoy every plateful :)

That's looks delicious. I really need a SW for dummies manual. You are doing so good on this different plan, it's like a huge boast to you. What's the difference between this and the last plan (remember your talking to a SW Virgin lol) ;) x

So Helen as I have few min before it gets busy I will try to explain. And pls other who on Sw too, if I do mistake - help me out and point me to right way :)

So sw have 3 main plans.
EE - extra easy
RED - original sw plan ( hard(er) option of sw
GREEN - vegetarion one
And there is different plan for diabet ( dont know how to write this word. Lol )
And there is some more small plans inside of plans.
SE - success express - thats the one Im doing now.
Beauty is you cam go from one plan to another. One day at on plan. Second day at other. And you still can lose weight. They even sugest to try different plans when you weight loss slows down to give you a kick start again.
Most people are on EE - easiest of all. You can eat as much as you want. What you want. When you want. And still lose weight.
( back after few hour's " until its not busy time" )
Only thing you need to worry about sw is to make change -
1)low fat everything. Meat, cheese, yogurt and so on.
2) health extra. Every day you get one choise of cheese/ milk and bread
3) you have 15 syn for day. You can use it as treat.
Almost every everyday home made basic dish can be done sw friendly. I dont find it expencive either.

Thats short version of how Sw works. If I forgot something or made mistake, pls follow sw friends , help me out here :)
 
Rita, your the best :) i am a little bit wiser. You make SW seem really easy to do, idk how or why but you do :) and your happy on it, which is very important. :)
Ellis made me laugh today, she is showing everyone her bones lol best way i can describe this is. "Mom come here." I was like what Ellis. "Look at this bone in my neck/chest/ankle, I've never seen them before. I must have been so fat that they were hidden" lol we have all been shown these different bones on her, everyone who has come to the house today has been made aware of her bones!!! I know she is gutted as apart from family who know she is dieting, nobody has really mentioned her weight loss. They have mentioned her mood alright lol

Hi birds - sounds like everyone had a good weekend. All over with me and The Man but I'm ok with it - never really got started and was fed up getting the feeling he was embarrassed by me. Were still good friends which is the main thing.

Concentrating on that holiday body and feeling good about myself. Got loads of compliments in my dress yesterday and asked out on 2 dates. Nothing like that has happened to me for years ;-)

Im sorry that you and Man were not meant to be, if you able to stay friends, you much stroger woman then I am. Good for you that you chose not to wait for him anymore. There may be moments when you want to go back but then again - 2 dates on your way.
I hope you will go on both of those dates and will enjoy yourself. Seems those guys turn into your life just the right time :)
And Im 150% sure you looked stunning in your dress.
You seem to like dresses. Me too - hones I dream the day when I can get those nice little dresses and pensel skirts. Oh.… and shoes …

And the reason I like dresses is because I have big hips!! It's so much easier to pick flattering dresses than skirts / trousers for my shape. And this is what I mean by hips!! Me this morning *gulp*

I'm pretending I'm ok - I'm not really. He basically dumped me on whatsapp at 1am on the weekend. I feel really sad. I know I shouldn't see someone who is ashamed of me - not exactly good for my already low confidence.

I wonder if I will ever be with anyone properly? Like get married and all that. I hope so one day.
 
Hello all, I'm catching up here and lots of good things going on which have made me smile big time!
Blondcat, that guy must have been crazy, you look amazing and what a fab figure!! I have given up on dieting myself for the present as when I think about it I get hungry. I thought I would do loads of things I need to do and get so busy that I won't have time to eat. lol Time for coffee. Big hugs all round. Bev x

I know love - It will take time to heal. Break up is hard as it is , but when you break up with someone and you cant speak about it to your friends, its extra hard. You can always come and tell here if your heart gets too heavy.

When I started dieting - I wasn't really dieting. I just decided to start eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables as many days a week as I could. I lost 8 lbs in 4 months doing nothing else at all!

So maybe even though you're not on a diet a little change like that could still see you losing weight. You haven't really got that far to go though so I'm sure you'll do it when you are ready :)
