Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

I'm going out for gin instead ??. Going to try and stay within 1000-1200 calories.

It gets harder to have bigger losses at this weight because my BMR is 1650 calories. I eat an average of 1200 over the week which means without exercise I would lose 0.9lbs. To get to 2 pounds in a week I have to exercise 550 calories 7 days a week. It's so tough!!

what do you use to track your cal after work-out ? I had polar watch but its old (3 years ) and only 5 times of 10 it works. Dont really trust it. 55 cal workout is a lot - what workout do you do ?
 
my fitness pal - very easy to use - although maybe not so much in terms of logging your food if you cook from fresh. More of an effort to look stuff up. It's a free iphone App - i've certainly been impressed.

I really am going to try and be good tonight. I'm on 600 cals at the moment. 4 Gins is around 200 - that's 800. So I have 200-400 calories for some food later. I'm thinking 2 tesco chicken drumsticks (140), big green salad (50). That would be good.

Hope everyone had nice day - I know I had. Tomorrow will bring lot of shopping. To get all I need for next week meals. Plus would like a new dress for me. Today I put on a t-shirt I got 6 months ago when we moved to UK (size24), havent been wearing it for weeks now and guess what - it s big :D not so big that I will cant wear it but its saggy. Dont you just love when your cloths geting to big :)

Nutella bread with banana. Total syns. Feeling just great :)

I download the app - will try to get my foods in tomorrow - to see what it says =) You manage to save some of your calories - wow =) You have big choice power girl = ) Hope you had nice time out =)

Some days I'm under some over. It defo doesn't take into account the 5:2 diet!! But it also wants you to eat your exercise calories back which I try not to do !

Day 7
Tomatoes, flat mushrooms with soft cheese (he), bread (he), chilly beans, egg, cottage cheese with dill. Coffee and watermelon.

MFP said I used 439 cal for breakfast. That leaves me 1801 for rest of the day. Will see how it goes :)

Looks and sounds yummy (hubby picked mushrooms in the field at the back of our house yesterday, i nearly cried as i couldn't eat them :(, but Ellis ate them) a simple mushroom would taste mighty fine now :drool:
 
@Cat. I didn't do any exercise so i never played with that side of things (apart from housework). I was looking up loads of foods on it though. It was like my new toy for the night lol ;) x
 
So much going on I am being left behind in the rush! I have lost nothing this week and don't mind too much. We are going to be treating the kids, 1 single daughter (with probs like you Bolndcat! as in man friend) son, dil and grand daughter (3), stepson and gf to an Indian eat all you can for £10 buffet!!!!!! Now, I am not greedy but it is oh wow let me at it time! Tiger beer to swill it down too. Eek! Next week I promise I shall turn over a new leaf, But, this weekend is ours to have fun with. Yum. Love to all Bev x

For me is its been good day too. Got back from shopping. And "little " hungry - yes we had 4 bananas in city, this worked as we did not buy any wrong food in city. We were away 6 hours. And when we got home I started to cooking. First time I made SW chicken ( I had turkey) tikka masala. Its syn free and its so good. I should have done it months ago :p

When went to polish shops too and got some nice things from there that we use to eat at home. Buckweath. Semolina. Solted pickles ( dont even know gow to call em). Horshradich. Candy. Will make soup of it later maybe next week.
I have heard that some polish shops sell estonian foods and drinks too but so far I havent seen anything. Maybe I dont go to right shops :)

Im so full now - feeling just amazing and happy. Going to do some more cooking and put some things in freezer to save me cooking every day. Im not sure when my next days off are so will be ready - what ever rota brings.

Day 7 tea

Turkey tikka masala with rice and fresh salad. Semolina pudding (5 syn)with homemade rhubarb jam (1 syn) and milk ( he). And all my 3 candys ( 7,5 syns) - but I told you , I cant be trusted :p
Total 13,5 syns but so worth it :)

Right time to get my soft spot up from soffa and go back to kitchen :)

oh yes me too - toffee , caramel , everything with burn or overcooked sugar - oh and have you ever had condensed milk that have been boiling in close can for 4 hours on low heat ? - OMG , its heaven - it will be sticky and so so good ----
....
unless you put pot on stove and same time go to sleep :p like I know someone who did it ( read : me ) and then .. after explosion had to clean kitchen for hour ? lol - have you ever done that ?

I find it's the bigger Polish shops that sell Estonian foods as well. :) Where abouts do you live? If it's anywhere near to me I may be able to recommend some as loads of them so similar sausages and stuff to german ones so I like popping in there, too.. lol.

There's a lovely one in Dorking, Surrey that even sells home made ice cream! hmmmm..
