Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

Well Waffle as I want to see the best result I can I did my before pic with sport bra and bottom half of swimming suit. Then I can show the difference with you guys too :)

That has reminded me I have an ancient bikini somewhere I might dig that out to do some before pics later on if I can get in it, scary eee x
 
Good morning , think they turned the clock tonight as I feel still sleepy. Never the less I made my husband to wake up with me ( after saying yesterday i wont do that :p) and take my before photos. Also I did took all the measurements and weight myself to see how much I have body fat and all that stuff. I did do 500 swings this morning with lighter KB and I can tell that even tho kB itself did not do anything for me . my sore back from last night and spaghetti legs still make me feel the workout. Im happy as I can see how my muscle % gets bigger and fat % lower. Right now its 39,7 % of fat :D ( Im happy as it was over 50 % at one point ) and 29,9% muscles Breakfast today - mushroom omelette with fresh salad and mayo - 2 syns, Coffee (he milk) Time to me to get going , it will be long day ahead and I am planing to make it perfect =)

When I had got down to 11st 5 my body fat was 34% !!

I'm doing some batch cooking :)

Oh Moo, honeymoon was the absolute dream but I really injured my hip when I was out there exercising, sightseeing and climbing mountains. I'm not quite back in the routine as I've got to take a week or two off exercise to allow my hip to heal again. I'm waiting on a sainsburys delivery of SP foods so I can get back onto sw tomorrow. I won't weight myself for a couple of weeks I think otherwise I'll feel guilty about the honeymoon. I'm scared of undoing all my hard work Moo!

Im glad you had time of your life and sad to hear about your hip. But Im more then sure that you havent gained half as much as you think you have. :) and if you have then hey -honeymoon is once in lifetime. To be on diet with enjoying time with love one would be little silly and Im glad you just enjoyed yourself and one another.

When you are ready fir scales. Scales will be ready for you. Take you time girl xx

Im so proud of those photos. My legs look so much better and I am very sure that by the time I get to my target they will look like Kate Moss's :D
Thing is , I still was very big girl. 25 st + and now 8 st down its normal for my body to not pull back as yours will Waffle. My belly will always be hanging and my legs probably will always have lumps on them. And my arms will have lose skin but you know what. Thats all fixable if I really would want to.

For now I have no lose skin on my belly. And skin between legs ( like little cat ears ) have pulled back a lot. And I mean a lot.
My legs are way smother then they were and much less cellulite as there was.

Sadly I dont have here before photo of me in my swimsuit but im sure I have posted it somewhere some time ago. The difference is huge.

right , tired of boosting myself up :p and off to work I go. Or at least make it look like Im working xx

I guess I don't believe to have lost any weight because I had a baby but I guess a baby doesn't weigh 4 stone but it's hard for my brain to catch up!

You have done sooo amazing, 8 stone would almost take me to target! How long did it take you to lose it overall?

I don't think you have much floppy skin for saying how much you have lost, I have a friend who only lost 4 stone, and he had really floppy skin a loooot worse than us two!

I was thinking that - I reckon it's the kettle bells. Any squat type exercise with weights is great for your bum :)

Im so happy that I have those photos so I will not forget how it was. But tbh - I cant really remember how it felt.

To answer Waffles question it took me year to lose 7st and 1 stone before that was around 6 month to year too. Still I dont think this 1 st made big difference. I know it was there but I count my journey start with sw last february.

I think I am very lucky with my body. Everything seems to pull back slowly. Dont know how will I look at the end of my journey but I do know I will look deem hot :p

Thank you hun, I always loved myself. Never were unhappy because of my size. Think big part of it played my friends, family and husband. If you get so much love all the time and people keep saying how good you look you will think the same :)

Im not saying there wasnt nothing I could not do , as there was. A lot of things. Even walking was hard. But I never hated anything about me. Think I was totally doable back then too hehehhe.

You girls have been so big part of this journey and inspiring me to carry on. Love you xx

So my dears, my back hurts like hell and I cant even bend over. Last night I had hard time to reach my phone and my husband found it very amusing to move phone 1cm away from me just as I was almost reaching it. We had such a laugh, it was really funny :)

Today I have rest day from kettlebells , instead I have done small drip on my bike 6,5 km and I will go to work on my bike too. That will give me small workout without pushing my back too much.

Late breakfast today. Total 2 syns

My profile pic is my very own thinspiration. I lost 5 stone before baby number 2. I have about 1-1.5 stone to lose to get back there, he's only 15 weeks so I'm not doing too badly BUT I get married in Vegas in 5 weeks so just a little bit of pressure :D I don't really post on my diary anymore, I'm more of a reader/occasional poster these days :)
