Moo's year - 24 st start and restart

Lunch break. Havent been able to keep my long fingers away from naughty food but I have kept it into syns. So 12 syns later ( snacking and tasting most amazing fish and pea risotto , that I must say made myself )
Im having my lunch break.
Syn free.

Hello hello. So I did not put anything down yesterday. Naughty me :p

I was cooking and baking Saturday and Sunday so much that I did go over my syns.
Cake tasting is good. Lol. Sometimes too good. The coca cake we did is very very nice. I would recomend it to everyone whos willing to try.
Also I did carrot cake that tasted like Christmas. Lol. With icing and all.

Food was good. I had food with me and I did not overeat anything. All my extra syns came from cakes.

Today Im doing sandwich lunch for 150 ppl. That is very problematic for me. I usually cannot keep my mouth shut. So to try to avoid the sandwich accidentally drop into my mouth I have had big big breakfast. Im so full that could not eat a strawberry. Hope this will last for long time and I survive my temptation.

I have good news too. You all remember Hez. I had talk to her last night. Shes coming back. Yeyy Im so happy. Missed her a lot in here. And what is more amazing , she will try sw with me :) how exciting will that be. Cannot wait when shes back.
I need help with my weight loss as I have been slacking around long enough. You all are super kind and helpful. But one more friend wont hurt :)
April is almost over and Im still at same weight I was after new year. That joking around have to end. I havent been on plan more then I need to be for maintaining but that is just not good enough.
Aitab. Enough is enough. Even my challenge that is 1/3 done havent made me work more then usual. Other hand I did measure myself yesterday. 4 weeks in and what I found was little surprising.
So here we go
Start Now
Hips - 131cm. 133 cm. +2cm
Leg r - 78 cm. 76cm -2cm
Leg l - 75 cm. 75cm. Sty
Waist - 108 cm. 106cm. -2cm
Chest - 109 cm. 109cm :D
Arms (both) - 40 cm. 40cm. Sty

Look at that. First I think I might had wrong number at my hips. As it is unlikely I gained numbers in there but who knows. Losing 2cm on my leg is amazing. I have noticed my legs getting slimmer. Now I can say I have been right. Other leg must have been sleeping while first one was doing all the walking.
And 2cm off my waist. Amazing. Plus my chest is the same :D thats even more important. Have to say my girls are little more shaggy then they were but they still nice and juicy, lol. My biggest fear that I will lose my girls so far have t become true. Yey for that.
Arms are the same and it is understandable as I really havent dont anything to make them slim down

What I wanted to say is that even tho I havent lost much weight. ( read none) I still have lost some cm for last 4 weeks. That makes me more then happy.
My shoe number have gone down too. From 7-7,5 to 6,5-7. Also a bonus, dont you think :)

So I must say I did survive all the sandwiches today. As I got watermelon on my side and had bite every time I wanted to bite something else. Not one piece of bread passed my lips. So proud.

For dinner I have my beloved dolmas and syn free yogurt. I will do this day just fine. :)

Moo your measurements are brilliant and having see you in person, I can say you look toned with all the right proportions! Well done on avoiding the sandwiches today. Your food pics look SO good!

I know right :) its exciting to see what 12 weeks of time can do. Still "few " weeks to go. Plenty of time to get few more cm off.
 
Good morning everyone. Its summertime and I cannot sleep. For a week now I get up 6 -6:30 and it drives me nuts. Im doing long hours at work and I cannot sleep more then 6 hours.
Same today. I start only 2pm and yet I open my eyes 6:30 and cant fall back to sleep. Now I feeling Im tired. But day only starts.
Anyhow, good news about that is that days are longer and we have more sun out or I would be like a bear in winter time. Sleeping all day long :)

Got up extremely hungry today. I think my insulin is playing a bit. I should go and take blood test about my blood sugar and insulin. Maybe I will do it next month.

So got up 7:30 and maid myself big breakfast. Thats how hungry I was :p

Also I step on the scale and I can see them moving slowly back to my lowest point. 107.2 today. And lowest was 106.8 so not long when I will be back there. I really really want to get my 7,5 st award this saturday. For that I need to be 105,5 kg. almost 2 kg to go. I could do it. I have done it before. But for that I need to be extra good and focussed. Will try my best :)

I haven't slept well for three nights because it is too warm at night, finding it hard to get motivated today as I have no set plans, I hope you get a good night sleep tonight x

I think maybe you right Binks. Maybe its because it too warm.
Lucky for me I fell asleep around 10am and got my well needed 2 more hours sleep before work. Feeling very fresh now.

Im thinking of putting few SP days in. Probably tomorrow. Its little tricky as I run out of pre made food. And I start early morning so thinking now what to do. I have some frozen fish and chicken so maybe I will defrost some and make something speedy in morning. Will see.

Other hand I have big lunch tomorrow and Im cooking chicken korma with aloo gobi. Hmmm how not to take some with rice ?

I just need to keep reminding to myself that I want my award lol. That is the key word here. I want my award. :)

Glad you had such a great day! You're on fire moo! Maybe substitute rice for grated cauliflower. It does the job!
