So good morning everyone. Seems that sunny and warm weeks is sadly ending and its starts to rain again.
Just after I got in mode to wear my dresses I need to find my trousers again.
Maybe the fact that I love my dresses and skirts have given me also a motivation to get back on plan. Maybe its because I started to love shopping and still searching for beautiful pencil skirt that fits me well. I have small waist and big bum /belly so all I can find either 1) fits nicely on my waste but is baggy on my back and then fits nice on my bum or 2) is great on my back and bum bot dont fit on waist. But girl - pencil cut works so well on me. Even the fact that I have big tummy does not play big roll as this cut makes me look slimmer and tall. And so so sexy. Only problem is to find that right skirt or dress.
Almost all my outfits are A shape ? Thats really good as well, lets me show off my waist and wide hips. That works even so well that I have been getting compliments all over. Co-workers dont recognize me and people I live together ( still in share house ) keep saying I look good.
Other day I got someone walking with me and asking all kind of funny questions a la " whats your name, how old are you and are you married "
Yesterday landlord came to house and asked me for drinks, lol
Thats what a dress can do. And dont get me wrong. Im happily married and use to compliments and fact that men find me attractive but it still makes me feel good about myself. Yes Im that kind of girl who likes to listen how good I look

So all those positive feedback and speaking to my lovely Timmi and going to the sw group and doing this 12 weeks challenge have given me kick I needed to try and get back there.
As I said before I have had "few" dolmas already
and I kept having them for my breakfast. Also will take some with me to work. They are totally syn free but I know I need to have vegetables with them or I will have gain.
So here it goes again. Day 1 ( day 1 because I will go to my old class next saturday and plan is to get my 7,5 st award. 7 days to go )
Day 1 breakfast
Overnight oats with kiwi and blackberry and syn free yogurt ( if you havent had asda chosen by you rhubarb and vanilla yogurt. Try it now )
And my plateful - dolma, cottage cheese and vegetables. Coffee. All together 1 syn
Off to work now. Will have another 12 h shift ahead. But I have my food with me and it will be quiet today. So fingers crossed that Ill stay on plan
