Snack: banana

Dinner: salmon, new potatoes, vegetables

Lunch: pasta n sauce quiche, salad, 2 alpen lights(6 syns). Just fancied them again!

Dinner: sw burger (without a bun), cheese slice(hexa), BBQ wedges, salad

i just made up a cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce using just water, i guess any flavour could be used, then poured it into a shallow tin. i then chopped up some onion and ham to add in and spreaded it on top of the pasta. then i whisked 3 eggs and poured on top, cook in 190' oven for about 20 minutes :) Xx

Ooo lovely? So you put in a cooked pasta n sauce or just a pasta n sauce with the required water? Haha cos knowing me ill put it in uncooked and get no where! Lol xxx

Yeah good! Well ya can tell by my diary it's a food filled day ha:/ but I've just bashed out a lot of energy at the gym so! It's all good things too I'm trying to think positive!

Aw good! Positive thinkings the way forward :)

I just eat normally on weigh day but tend to stop eating after 3 just to be safe! I will do Xx
