Well it's a hell of a lot better than 14.2 which is what I weighed in at last Wednesday morning after a careless weekend & an Indian takeaway Tuesday night!!

Yeah!!! I mean I didn't even hit the gym til Monday so I've only done a few dog walks and three gym trips! I'm chuffed!
I don't expect half as much next week but I'm happy
Celebratory fry up is in order' bacon eggs & beans and of corse my toast! Ill be waddling to the gym at 11 xx
I decided against it! Me and my mate were aching from the toning yesterday! So i just went on hour dog hike instead
