lunch: chicken, tomato and cheese(hexa) 2 egg omlette, vanilla mullerlight, banana

dinner: ham, peas, egg and sw wedges

Do you ever not use your bread/weetabix allowance? Does it affect weight loss by not using it do you know? Random q I know lol!

Ya day sounds yummy :) after yesterday's syns I'm still on just 1/2 a one today for my pasta pot!

Making savoury rice with veg and new potatoes now :) be a fruit salad & mullerlight later! Xx

I always use my hexb, usually on alpen lights, or if not i'll use it on bread. I'm not a fan of cereal as I don't like milk, which is why I don't always use my hexa, I'll use it on cheese sometimes but usually I end up just not using it. Not sure if it effects my weight loss at all, shouldn't of thought so :)

Sounds good, I absolutely love savoury rice, so yummy! :) Xx

Wow there's me gonna be visiting ASDA and stocking up! Great discovery

Well I've just had my hexa.... 2 slices of wholemeal toast from a small loaf with 20g choc Philly on 3 syns! Then grapes and an orange :) xx

Breakfast: banana, blackberries, toffee mullerlight

Dinner: gammon, peas, sweetcorn, mangetout, homemade stuffing(hexb), yorkshire pudding(2), rosemary and garlic roast potatoes, syn free gravy

Desert: slice of 1/2 syn cake

Tea: chicken noodle soup

Total Syns: 2


I must look so boring, i always have the same thing for breakfast, fruit and a mullerlight! hahaa, its yummy though! and free :)
 
had gammon left over from dinner, decided to make a ham & egg salad with some of it for lunch at college tomorrow, looks lush! looking forward to tuckin into it! :eat:
