3x weetabix w ss milk and sugar

Snack - 100 cals
FBB mini fruity cupcake
Couple of fruitella sweets

I'm having the rest of today off, getting dominos tonight when we get home and having some wine as my sisters staying over it will be too late to drive her back home again when we get back as its nearly an hours drive and then we've got to come back!
I've not gone over at all since I've started and I've got over 1000cals left for the day, thats about 4 slices of large dominos pizza and I don't think I'll eat more than that! X

I've not counted, but I had about half a pack of twirl bites, a 500ml bottle of coke, 4 slices of pizza and about to have some wine and diet lemonade!
It's been nice not to count tonight or measure things, I have til next Friday to be good now too, x
 
I feel crap for that pizza now though, feel bloated and just rubbish today, I went on the scales and no damage though, back to it today and will try and have a low day to make up for it x
 
How fab that there is no damage. Everyone deserves a treat now and then :D xx

Asda frozen thin and crispy cheese and tomato ones are I think it's 329 per half and I have 3/4 and share with Jesse so it doesn't work out that bad x

1237 cals today, made up for last night, want to stay low this week, we are at a christening next Saturday, I'm going to have that off too, would like to enjoy a drink or so and some party food ha, going shopping on Friday for something to wear I think. Will cut down on bread and fizzy this week as much as I can x
