HI

Mrs S and Cas3

Food goes nowhere these days seem to soend a fortuine evry time I shop in Tescos or Sainsburys or wherever I tried and really look at the offers to make sure 1. That they are a bargain and 2. That we would eat them again.

I must admit I get fed up shopping and thinking what to have for tea etc...

Any ideas for quick low cal teas anyone ???

xx

I'm the same I feel like I'm at the supermarket every day haha, you put a few things in trolley and it's end up being £50! I need to start planning better again and cooking more,
I use most of my cals on tea and just have low breakfast and lunch I need some ideas too x

Think I need to do get better with panning. I'm good at dishing out advice but not as great at taking it. Tescos had an offer on pasta sauces so I loaded up on those. Need to figure out calories for pasta though. Still confuses me so I've stayed away unless it's a ready meal.

Only had 994 cals after dinner! Might have to send DH to shop for some chocolate haha!
Since I watched CDWM on Saturday been craving chocolate brownies and clotted cream, think I might have to get some tomorrow x

^^ Like the sound of that :) Enjoy xxx

Cadburys chocolate trifle for 235 calories! Amazing and just what I needed! And best of all reduced to 89p for a 2pack in the co-op lol!

Bringing total cals to 1229 today,
May have a coffee shortly so if I do that will bring me up to 1245 :) happy with today but there was a point earlier on where I felt rubbish and I know I would've been stupid and ate loads of rubbish if we actually had any in the house, so I'm glad we didn't! Iv not felt like going off my diet at all so far so I feel abit shaken now. Hopefully it's just because I've had a really rubbish nights sleep and felt poorly all day! x

Mmm, choc trifle sounds delish, especially at that price! Uv been doing so well and glad I didn't have temptations at home. Hope u have a good nights sleep x

Well done on getting through the day and not eating the rubbish and you were able to enjoy the trifle guilt free! Keep it up x

Well done. I felt a bit like that yesterday. Managed to resist and went to gym though. Are you ill too. Alex has had the sniffles and nOw I've got an awful cold! HoPe you've managed to get a decent sleep and have a good day today xx

I know how you feel hun, Hollie been a wake a few times in the nite and I see to her everytime and all I asked from my oh to warm up some milk this morning as he was getting up anyway, she was really hungry but instead of going down stairs he thought it was more important to spend half hr in the bathroom so she was screaming her head of so had toget it myself! Hope teddy and jesse feel better and let mummy have a lil rest today x

We're just having a lazy day watching cbeebies ha, got to go out when DH gets home, I ordered matching outfits fr christening for boys and they've sent me wrong size for jess so got to go next and try and change it, and need to go Iceland too for some freezer stuff, hopefully the kids behave lol x

Nope cant afford get myself anything now with fathers day, and going to Newcastle next tues plus my nieces birthday Thursday and all bills this week and next so can't afford anything for myself! Will have to dig something out luckily all my clothes fit me now ha x
