Don't really want to eat for the sake of it but I'm quite abit under calories. Don't know what to do!
 
Only ended up having 1048 yesterday, low I know but I didn't want to eat for nothing, will be better today,
Teddy has caught jesses cold :/ so I have 2 cranky, stuffy babies to deal with now :(

Same here, Liam and Alex! I'm absolutely full of it too but I gotta go to work! :(
i have days like that where I save my cals for the evening then find I'm not as hungry as I thought. I burnt 300 or so cals at the gym yesterday and didn't input it in MFP but still ended up 200 or so cals under so I had a glass of milk so I wasn't wasting them on junk. Hope jess and teddy get better soon xx

Aw it's crap isn't it, teddy is so cranky cus he can't cough properly or clear his throat he goes mental everytime I put him down and Jesse just wants to lie on me:/ I'm going to get nothing done today! x
 
So had a coffee at breakfast, 2 poorly little ones and I'm not so great myself, will make sure I get something at lunch though, need to go asda tonight and get all our fresh stuff, then my eating will be abit better for the rest of the week lol x

Chinese chicken in garlic and ginger sauce and noodles (didn't eat it all)

Snack - 87 cals
WW mini roll

Total - 1270 cals

Quite a high lunch but havnt really got any lunch things in til tonight, will probably have a ready meal tonight which will be quite low so that will make up for it!
 
1270 cals today. Tea was okay but the chicken was abit chewy so I didn't eat much of it, just ate the noodles, veg and sauce!
Dessert was lovely :) lol
Got some more chocolate sundaes and strawberry cheesecakes! Desserts make a boring day of dieting better, I always look forward to them x
 
Woo good day! I like to have dessert too, might add ww choc brownie desserts to my shopping list not had them for a while. How many cals are your sundaes?
 
I've got them in the freezer too lol
The chocolate ones are 235, the cheesecakes are 300 but worth it, I always feel more satisfied having a non diet one, I don't know why but when I have a WW one I always want more
Those desserts a £1 for a 2 pack in asda though so pretty good!

1490 cals today, don't know what's wrong with me but I've just wanted chocolate and crap. Not gone over cals or anything but still higher than I'd like for day before weigh in. Never mind it's done now.
 
3lbs down!
189lbs now so finally out of the 190s which I'm happy about! I'm 1lb away from being the lightest I've been since having Jesse.

Teddy is 5 weeks old today and I'm down 27lbs woo!
 
I am so pleased for you - well done hun!!!!
 
1.16lbs a week to get to goal by my target! Surely that's achievable. 18 weeks to lose 1.5stone

Not sure what's for tea yet probably something easy, want today to be lowish as I'm having tomorrow afternoon off with christening.
