Yeah it was nice, did lot of walking, all round eureka then I walked to my friends this afternoon which is about 20minutes up some quite steep hills. Legs are aching now but going to get back into walking more again, also planning to start going swimming one or 2 evenings a week, just need to find out the swim times for the pool in the village and that will be 15min walk each way up and down hills too x
 
I can't commit to more than that right now! Just too tired. And never been one for excercise lol, think I might get my excercise bike out again though n do that maybe too x

Im really looking forward to swimming, getting an hour to myself lol, need to get some veet though my legs are a state haha!

Having chippy for tea, only used 448 cals so far and mfp says I've earnt 300cals on my walk today so even if it came to 1500 cals (which I'm sure it won't) would still be okay x
 
I walked to my friends and back pushing pram with both kids and it's up and down hill, took me an hour all together x
 
Well last night I had 1/2 a fish about 2 handfuls chips, spoonful of mushy peas and 2 slices bread and flora light. So doubt I went over calories there really.

I am looking forward to it, hope to see scales go down! Just want to see the 12 stones so bad, was 19 last time I saw them lol
