Lunch - 1 Alpen Light Choc and fudge (1/2 HEB), couple of spoons of light choices cottage cheese, cup of tea.
Dinner - Pasta bolognaise (sp) made with 85g extra lean minced beef, onions, carrots, peppers, mushrooms and tinned tomatoes, dash of worcestershire sauce, dash of soy sauce, herbs with pasta shapes and 28g cheddar cheese (6 sins).
