Morning all!!!
Jaylou thank you for your kind words of encouragement Huni. I just hope that I can shift the gain and then a little bit more, I know I will get there eventually, but I think we all like to see the results a lot quicker than it takes. Never mind!
Was woken at 4.30 this morning by Daughter who decided to kick me out of bed...grrrr! I am absolutely shattered this morning! Will have stern words with her this evening at bedtime.
Going to the gym again today...only did 30 mins yesterday, as Boss was with me and again today and is conscience of the time.
Another Red day for me!

Bacon and boiled egg slices, topped with 2 tbsp Asda eat smart ketchup 1 with 3 slices WW brown bread HeB
Banana
Apple
Lunch
Left over bolognase sauce with syn free veg - carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans, sprouts.
Muller lite yoghurt
Cherries, strawberries, blueberries.
Tea
Quorn cottage pie (300g) 4
Loads of syn free veg
7 oz new potatoes HeB
250ml semi skimmed milk HeA
Total syns for day: 5
