Morning all!!!

Jaylou thank you for your kind words of encouragement Huni. I just hope that I can shift the gain and then a little bit more, I know I will get there eventually, but I think we all like to see the results a lot quicker than it takes. Never mind!
Was woken at 4.30 this morning by Daughter who decided to kick me out of bed...grrrr! I am absolutely shattered this morning! Will have stern words with her this evening at bedtime.
Going to the gym again today...only did 30 mins yesterday, as Boss was with me and again today and is conscience of the time.

Another Red day for me!

Morning all! Off to the Dr's in a moment..I have tendonitis in my hands and its flared up too the point that I want to cry typing or even writing...that and I keep loosing the feeling in my finger tips..is definitely not a good sign! Ive had cortosone(sp) injections before, but I dont want this again...surgery is another option, but what if something goes wrong??? really worried now!

Well...just got back from Dr's....turns out Im anaemic and also just been sent for blood test for arthritis...nice! Im only 33!! This is what years of neglecting my body has done for me! I can only hope that loosing the rest of the weight will ease things considerably.

Morning all!! An awful nights sleep for me last night..couldnt get comfortable at all. Never mind eh??? Had a really good workout at the gym last night and Im going again this afternoon.
I must admit that I had a sneaky weigh this morning and havent lost a sausage since Monday...will keep at it though, but it is really disappointing :sigh:

Hi all...cant stop on for long...still in pain. Yes, I have carpel tunnel and my wrist is causing huge problems. I have been advised to take the week off work and not do anything.....yeah right! Lol.
I have a 3 year old daughter and a Hubby that doesnt offer to do anything unless he sees me struggling!! grrrr!!
Anyway, I come on here as often as I can during the week, but I cant type for too long because of the pain.

Will hopefully be back on properly next week and will keep typing!
I am sticking to the plan though!!

Well Hi all!!!
I stuck to plan for the first week of me being off due to my thumb/wrist problem, but last week.....very naughty!
Hubby had swine flu and as a result Daughter was told to stay away from Nursery as a precaution. Apart from having to take a week of unpaid leave (grrrr!), I decided to have a week off the plan...gained 2lbs, but Im actually ok with it.
As a penance though I am going to the gym for a really good work out this evening and really looking forward to it!

Morning all!! Not sure why Im so cheerful after getting up at least 4 times to use the loo during the night!! Lol.
I had a really good work out at the gym yesterday and felt better afterwards.
Feeling quite peckish at the moment, so will go and heat up breakfast and then make a start on my paperwork!

Morning all! Well Daughter decided to wake me at 2.10am and spent the rest of the morning kicking and coughing over me..how can something so little take up and entire King Size bed??Lol
Im here at work, trying to look bright eyed and bushy tailed, but the bags under my eyes are a dead give away! Lol

Anyway, another day and Im still feeling on top of the world! Happy that I have come so far in my journey, but also happy that Im finally beginning to feel good about myself!

Morning all.
Another early wake up call from Daughter at 2am this morning. Im feeling pretty exhausted, but will make the effort to go to the gym later. Need to bump up the exercise programme.
I fancied a Green Day today and I think that I am going to attempt the mushy pea curry for my tea...well, what have I got to loose??

Hey Mrs V, just popping in to catch up on your week - I love the food you've been having, I fancy the stuffed aubergine - it's on my list for next week for sure, trying mince beef stuffed marrow first (OH not too keen but he's got to try it!).
How was the mushy pea curry? Not too sure about that, I bet it's better than the sound of it! Might give it a try....???
You seem really positive at the moment, I can feel the vibes girl!
Keep it up, bet you get a cracking result this week. (ps hope your little girl is okay now. x)

I love stuffed aubergines, its just filling without anything with it (I add courgettes, mushrooms, peppers and the aubergine inside whilst its cooking).
The mushy pea curry was surprisingly nice..one thing I would leave out though, would be the quorn.
It turns my stomach and reminds me of the cheap chicken that you can buy in supermarkets! Lol other than that the sauce was nice and thick...it needs about 20 mins for the curry powder to cook out and not be bitty, but worth the wait.
Hubby and a friend had an Indian take away last night, so I didnt feel left out for once!

Well, despite another night of broken sleep, I feel on top of the world!
I feel slim this week..not sure why as Im about to enter the realm of * week, but long may it continue!! Lol

Morning all!!!
Well I am birthday partied out! I've been to a 4 year old, a 5 year old and a 1 year old this weekend and I am exhausted!
Hubby bless him was great...didnt really want to go to any of them, but he came and we had a giggle.
Daughter is exhausted too! But she loved it...climbing frames, football and a disco (her favourite things!)
Anyway, weighed this morning and I have lost the 2lbs that I gained last week...so I am happy (yes, I would have loved more, but its now the * week, so any loss is a bonus!!).

Off to the gym later for an hour and I actually cant wait!

I love fruit and graze on it all day in fact, but just small amounts...just had a banana and Im full (gastric band for you there!), but will have some super speed fruits later on.

Morning all!! Well rough night last night...apart from the heat, little one decided to join me and Hubby in bed at 2.10, that was short lived, but by then I was wide awake. Hmmm...started AF today as well and my body temperature is all over the place.
Plan on going to the gym after work today, so that I can get a decent work out for a full hour and looking forward to it..one thing Im not looking forward to is the mountain of ironing that I have to tackle afterwards :sigh:

Hi all!!!
Well, went to the gym yesterday and did my hour...ache like mad this morning for some reason, but I guess thats because I went to the gym on Wednesday as well.
Eventually got home after much running around, to start tackling my ironing pile...when iron suddenly stops working..shame!!
Then had to rush back out to buy one..cook tea, get little one ready for bed before I collapsed in a heap at 10.30!!

Im being taken out for lunch today, so probably have a green day and aim for jacket potato with baked beans and salad...easier option!
