Hi Mrs V, thought I'd pop by and catch up hun. How you finding the EE? I must admit I love the flexibility of it, although I still like my red and green so I get the extra A and B. Although, yesterday I was so full on EE I didn't have room for my B choice supper, not even a cereal bar so it must be good.
Hope you feel better soon, from what I remember (before I got all lazy) exercise when you feel bleurgh makes you feel better!

Thanks for the message Huni. I feel rough today...lovely Daughter has decided to share her cold and sore throat with me (isnt that nice??) Lol.
Im glad I went to the gym last night (got to see a stunning young man flex his muscles..so cant be all bad!!) Lol.
Im finding EE really ok at the moment. Its odd though going from not mixing the 2 plans to being able to so Im glad I have me cook book and of course the food diaries on here otherwise I would have been bored a very long time ago!

our consultant is a big believer in EE but has only been with us for 2months now.
i joined SW in april and have slowly lost 1 stone with the odd small gain or maintain only here and there.3 weeks ago i went on hols and loosly followed the extra easy plan.i only put on 1/2lb.our consultant asked us all to try EE, so i did for the second week and gained 1 1/2lbs!
i have stuck to it religiously this last week and i have to say i feel certain that at wednesdays weigh-in i will have gained again.
my only reckoning to this is that i always did green but rarely had both HE's and only had full syns of a weekend.therefore i am actually eating more.
i really love EE because it is more of a healthy eating plan and somehting that could be stuck to for life.so, if i have maintained or lost i will have another go but if i have gained after 2/3 weeks of trying EE i should go back to green?
