Hey Mrs V, hope you are well. Well done on your 6lbs loss, you must be chuffed! My losses have slowed down recently but lost 2.5 this week which gave me a much needed boost. Think it must have been all the walking in the snow.

We got more snow last night, another couple of inches. have only managed to move my car once in the last week and it is stuck again today so looks like another long walk to the shops. At least I am getting my Body magic in :)

The nights are definitely too short for me! The novelty of being woken up by my Daughter has seriously worn off!!!

Anyway...snow is thawing here and I can actually see blue sky out of my window!

:sigh::sigh: I think I am destined to never get any sleep and its making me miserable!
Someone else's car alarm went off at 3.30am and it sounded like mine, so I shot out of bed! Tonight I am going to wear earplugs as Hubby is back from France and can deal with Daughter :)

15/01/10 - EXTRA EASY DAY

Stupid, stupid * week :(

I got on the scales this morning feeling really positive, only to find that I have gained 1lb..blooming * week and since the weekend, I have been feeling really bloated and crabby :(
Oh well, I know I will loose it next week, but cant hide the fact that I am bitterly disappointed.

Well today is the day that I re-join a class and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again especially my Consultant as she is great!

Hi all!
Well I bit the bullet and went to a class last night just to update myself on more of the HE's and the syns. Even I have picked up on some syn changes already and my HeB that I have been using for the white bread isnt recognised in the book at all!! Eekkk!
Oh well, so its back to basics for me!

Morning all! Well just spent most of the morning at the Drs for a routine blood pressure check up and its normal!!! Its the first time in a very long time that I have been classed as normal for anything! Lol

Anyway, another day, another dollar!

Im working this evening too, so going to be exhausted over the weekend as Im working tomorrow evening as well...oh well. Hubby is back from France this evening, so looking forward to seeing him again.

Morning all! Well, Im at a bit of a quandry now. Do I keep with my original Monday morning weigh in, or do I follow the SW scales Tuesday evenings? These weigh me as 2.5lbs heavier?? Decisions!!! Lol
I weighed anyway this morning and have lost 2lbs. Most of the challenges that I have joined are for my Monday morning weigh in, so I may just continue with that result.

Anyway...a really tiring weekend finished all to soon in my opinion!

Morning all! Well, yet again another sleepless night at my house! Daughter is convinced that her room is scary and refuses point blank to sleep in it once she has woken up in the morning now! :(

Well I went to my first class weigh in and have lost 3lbs. I will now add both weight loss results on my signature to keep track.

Well another eventful night..Daughter has sickness and diahorrea and I have a dodgy tummy too :(
